Pizza a Casa pizza-making class was a wonderful experience. My wife and I felt welcomed and not out-of-place at all, even though we are amatuers at making pizza. Mark, who was our instructor, was very helpful and thorough. He and his team were very enthusiastic and friendly about everything, which made the class fun and engaging. Honestly, I was not into pizzas(let alone eating them) before I took this class, but after taking it I've learned to appreciate pizza much much more than ever! Now, I will never look at a chain pizza restaurant the same again. Mark really took the "artisan" and applied it to pizza-making, which has me looking forward to making my own pizza again and again--thanks Pizza a Casa! |

We went to a lot of famous pizza places in NY during our week there, but the ones Mark made for us in the beginning of his class was without a doubt the best ever. And then to learn how to make them at home was too good to be true. We all (12 students) made 3-4 pizzas each during the class! Highly recommended if you like pizza! And who doesn't? |

I am extremely happy that I decided to take this Pizza Workshop. The class instruction was very thorough with all participants receiving individual attention. I am now making pizza in my home oven that is much better than the pizza I use to eat in restaurants. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this class to my friends. |

As advertised, designed for home cooks to make great pizza. Having tried at home a few times, this workshop helped fill in the blanks, particularly about the dough for the crust. Mark and his team are generous with their knowledge and have designed a fun and informative program. Plus, you get to taste a large assortment of pizzas as created by yourself and classmates. |

The presentation by the chef was professional and not boring. Enthusiasm was the feeling in the room and the chef and his assistant were amazingly helpful. I was a professional chef and have attended many courses. This was one of my favorites and the bonus was I actually made a d great pizza from scratch. The total experience was
much more than I expected. I recommend this course to both professionals and amateur chefs. Every one who attends the course will come away with skills in the art of making pizza. |
