If you are looking for a perfect way to have fun in the city for 4 hours, purchase tickets to this class. Mark and his crew provided my 14 yo daughter and me with a really fun evening of pizza making. The instruction was professional but always supportive and good humored. The pizzas that you make are some of the best you are likely to have eaten. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! |

I have taken a number of ccoling classes over the years. This class, by far was the best ever. We have been making pizza everyday since the class. I still cannot believe how fantastic the pizza tastes. I took my 14 year old son with me. He loved the class and has been making pizzas non-stop.
Mark and Jenny were terrific hosts and instructors. They made us feel welcome and part of the family.
I would strongly recommend this class to anyone who loves pizza. |

WE had fuzzy expectations....but very quickly they were clarified, elevated, and surpassed. As a serious tomato gardener, I appreciate both the learned process of pizza education and the joyful atmosphere of the class.
We have already sung your praises to friends and family and look forward to seeing you again. |

Very engaging and entertaining time and was sad to see it come to an end. We took away a lot of information and experience that we will be using for now on. Really can't say enough good things about Mark, Jenny, and Mike and the skillful presentation. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to NYC. Who'd a thunk it? |

This class was a lot of fun. My daughter and I learned some great tips on making homemade pizza. We tried it at home and the pizza came out great. Bring your appetite because there were a lot of samples. Mark and Jenny were very patient and helpful. A great experience! |

My two daughters and I had the best time...and we learned to make THE BEST PIZZA EVER! It is completely hands on and you go home knowing you can now create gourmet pizza in your home!
We learned what to do, and what not to do... in order to make the most tender dough, how much to use...because pizza is one of those instances where LESS IS MORE, and great combinations to put together! We ate pizza,
We brought home lots of pizza for the husbands...and a dough ball each to get us started on our own.....
It was a wonderful experience...
Thank you to everyone at pizza a casa :) |

This class was a birthday present to my daughter, 30. Her husband said he could eat pizza every day and her kids, 5 & 8, could too. She didn't want to go alone so I went too. What fun! I thought I could never make the dough, leaving all such activities to my bread machine. But, master chef Mark easily and gently showed us we could. And baked it in a home oven too! I couldn't believe how easy it was. While we were waiting for our dough to rise, Mark made us several pizzas, passing around the finished product. He divulged all his "secrets" and showed us how easy it was to make the sauce. When it was our turn to pat out the dough, he and his partner, Jenny, walked around helping seal the soon-to-be-crust you just put a hole in or suggesting delicious additions. They also used wonderful ingredients, no need to send to Italy for "00" flour or mozzarella. Two assistants helped prepare toppings and tastes, as needed. We made four pizzas each and boxes were supplied as well. Time flew. We walked out into the night amazed we had spent an extra hour, had amassed instant friends, and learned to make a New York staple. |
