Hands-On Pizza Workshop

Not only did I get to eat some yummy pizza, I learned how to make it myself at home! Mark is a great teacher- very knowledgeable, relaxed and entertaining. He obviously knows pizza and what it takes to make the best pie possble in your home oven. I got great compliments on the leftovers and plan to spend many evenings perfecting my pies.

I had to take this course after a friend of mine started making the most Delicious pizzas in his small EZ bake sized oven. His pizza parties were Awesome. During this workshop Mark shares some invaluable techniques For making your dough, shaping, proper topping dynamics, and getting a Great crust from a home oven. Highly recommended

My son and I took the class and had a blast! We learned how to make pizza crust and also different combinations to add to our customized pizzas. We tasted so many different pizzas as well. Mark is very personable and enjoys what he does. You will have a great time!

I am extremely happy that I decided to take this Pizza Workshop. The class instruction was very thorough with all participants receiving individual attention. I am now making pizza in my home oven that is much better than the pizza I use to eat in restaurants. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this class to my friends.

I surprised my girlfriend with a pizza making class on a Sunday afternoon. Mark Bello, the owner of Pizza a Casa, is incredibly nice. He first taught us about the history of pizza, and then we made our own from scratch. I do not cook at all, but Mark made it easy for us. A few simple steps, and bam, pizza is ready. We met some nice couples too. At the end, we got to experiment with making our own pizza creations. Let me tell you, you leave Pizza a Casa full. Bring your appetite! Overall, it was a great Sunday and a worthwhile event.
