Super fun hands-on class on making pizza at home. Class seats about 8 people, and each person can make up to 4 pizzas each as Mark discusses the nuts and bolts and walks you through the process step by step. He and Jenni are obviously very passionate about what they do. And its infectious. Well worth the time and money. will definitely be going back for the pasta class. (and any other class they may start offering)

Mark and Jenny are knowledgeable, personable, enthusiastic, and extremely attentive. The course is well-constructed, fast-paced yet thorough, and great fun. Highly recommended for pizza lovers!

I took this class with my daughter and we both loved it. Mark and Jenny were great- so patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. We really learned alot. But if you are a casual pizza cook and just want to go have fun with friends, it is a great class too. The pizza we got to taste was so flavorful and different that it really opened my eyes to what you can do with pizza that is different than the norm. Worth every penny.

I had a great night with Mark and his team at Pizza a Casa. A passionate and interesting class on the art of pizza making. I learned some great new skills and have had great results now at home using the methods that we were taught that night. The class is structured for you to be able to replicate the results at home, no gimmicks just some simple ideas and skills delivered in a fun environment. Everyone in the class had great results on the night. Just go feeling hungry as you'll make and eat a lot of pizza that night.

Did the class a few months ago with my friend, and I enjoyed it so much I came back with my boyfriend. The whole crew was very polite and helpful. Mark is a phenomenal instructor with a true knack for teaching everything pizza. Lots of yummy delightful options. Highly recommended!

Most enjoyable class. Very well organized. Informative, ideal for novices and professional chefs, everyone is catered for. Opportunity to ask questions, help at hand if needed. Delicious pizza to eat too! Fun way to spend afternoon or evening, Mark and Jenny are doing an excellent job. A memorable experience and a new skill learned too. Try it, you won't regret it.

I have been making pizzas at home for a couple of years and some were ok, some were good and a few were real good. The problem was always consistency with the crust. Mark does an unbelievable job of walking you through all the steps of the crust, with just enough "scientific" stuff so that you will understand the concept. I made three pizzas and they were all great. Went home the next day and made my wife a Margherita pizza and she took one bite and so "oh my goodness, this is wonderful". Two thumbs up to Mark and Jenny.

This event is a must for pizza lovers, it takes you to the next level and show you how simple you can go with the pizza with enriched mouthful flavor..!
