Hands-On Pizza Workshop

The learn to make pizza at home class is excellent. Mark (the teacher) is a great guy and really makes it fun. You really do learn to make outstanding pizzas at home. Way better than you can buy and way more fun. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pizza.

I have been a pizza fanatic for years. I had an opportunity to live in NY for a couple of years ago a long time ago and fell in love with New York style pizza. Now living in CA, I haven't found anything that compares. I brought my husband to NYC with me on a work trip recently and I had found this pizza making class online and we decided to try it out. We loved it! Mark made the class fun and entertaining. We got to munch on pizza through out the night. It was a great class! We have made the pizza twice since coming home and it turned out just as great as the ones we made in class. This is definitely a fun time if you're looking for something different to do!

This was the BEST pizza workshop I've done! I was able to actually take the things I learned and use it as soon as I got home to make amazing pizzas. The packet of information they send you home with is so useful too! It was so much fun and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make amazing pizza at home!

My wife surprised me with a class that we both attended last Thursday night. We had a blast and learned a lot. Mark is really knowledgeable, engaging and passionate. He has a sort of contagious enthusiasm which really drives the class. If I had one recommendation on how I'd like to see the class modified, it would be to allow wine. I know this is probably no so simple in terms of licenses, etc. and one certainly wouldn't want a room full of drunk pizza-making novices, but a couple glasses of wine would be a great way to celebrate/release/etc. - especially as I would guess many people are coming for some sort of occasion (bday, anniversary, etc.). That said, I thought the experience rocked and would (and have, already) recommend it highly.

I went with two of my sisters to this class the other night. We absolutely loved every minute of it. Not only did we find the class interesting and the pizza delectable. We were then able to replicate the experience at home! We cooked a big dinner party for our friends and family on Sunday night to great acclaim. Everyone loved our new skills in the kitchen! We'll be back for the pasta class.

This was an amazing class and a great way to spend an afternoon. Mark was extremely helpful and his pizza recipe is spot on. I've since made the pizza at home a few times and it's been just as delicious as it was in class. Mark gives you all the knowledge you need to create an incredible pie right in your own kitchen. If you've ever had the itch to make pizza...this is the place to learn how!

I learned a lot about making a great crust without a lot of fuss. Mark was very informative and made the class fun and was really attentive when it came to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to crank out pies at home! Chris from Brooklyn

This class was awesome. While I have a fair amount of experience trying to make pizza at home, I learned a lot at this class and had a lot of fun in the process. Mark Bello was terrific, great personality and a wonderful teacher. I can't recommend this class more strongly!
