My nephew visiting from Pittsburgh and I give two thumbs up to Mark Bello and his team, Jenny & Sam. This is the second time I've taken the class, so you could argue the rating should be six thumbs up, but you get the point. This class delivers everything it promises and more. I learned what I need to know to make pizzeria-quality pizzas with confidence. Mark not only gives you the instructions, but he provides invaluable tips about seeking out the right ingredients & gadgets and techniques for avoiding common mistakes and improving your ability to turn out consistently great pies. It really will amaze you that you'll be creating truly awesome pizza within 4 hours. In addition to the group instruction, Mark, plus Jenny and Sam, give you plenty of hands-on, one-on-one support. Beyond that, it's fun! Mark's a great storyteller, combining entertainment and a wealth of knowledge. Can't say enough great things about this experience. Delizioso! |

I took this class with my daughter and we both loved it. Mark and Jenny were great- so patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. We really learned alot. But if you are a casual pizza cook and just want to go have fun with friends, it is a great class too. The pizza we got to taste was so flavorful and different that it really opened my eyes to what you can do with pizza that is different than the norm. Worth every penny. |

Wow...the pear/banana/cinnamon/caramel pizza is just AWESOME. The pancetta and pepper pizza is tops too. There wasn't any pizza that wasn't good! We made an "Elvis" too...peanuts, bananas, and nutella. Had a ton of fun. |

My husband and I couldn't believe how much fun we had at Pizza a Casa and how much we learned. First, Mark and his crew are terrific! Mark has a terrific personality and made the four hour class fly by. He's an excellent, patient, enthusiastic teacher. Watching him make four pizzas before we got started made things much easier. We were thrilled with the four pizzas we each made and can't wait to make them for our boys at home. What a unique thing to do on vacation and we learned a skill we'll enjoy the rest of our lives. Thank you so much, Mark, Jen and Sam. Thin crust rocks! Ron and Rebecca from Michigan |

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday because he LOVES pizza . The class was fun and informative. The instructor's personality and teaching style reminded me of the host from Food Network's show "Good Eats". He was excited about pizza and informative. The teaching assistants were very helpful and friendly. We were given a list of possible pizzas we could make in class, but were also encouraged to be inventive with the ingredients in the kitchen. The decor of the class was funky and stylish. Overall, this class was money well spent...and i def won bonus points with the boyfriend. |

My husband and I love to cook but we are not chefs. Mark made it really easy and showed us how to make very delicious pizza from ingredients you can find at your local grocery store and cook right in your own oven at home. We felt comfortable right from the moment we got there and had lots of fun learning, cooking, and tasting. My favorite was the bananas and nutella! |

Just like a class in Italy, but in English! Lots of hands on learning, small class size, and great anecdotal stories. Mark should have his own pizza tv show - he is pizza passionate! My only regret is no red wine while cooking.... |

This class is 100% worth the time, money, and effort. Mark is so knowledgeable, funny, and engaging, that he really captivated us all afternoon. In addition, we increased our knowledge of the right ingredients, correct cooking techniques, and different combinations of the two that it was well worth it. This was the best cooking class we have taken thus far! |
