An amazing...fun...FILLING Day!
Sun, Mar 3  12:00 PM Jacquelinec3 Female 40-49 Local Couple on a Date
Who knew that making pizza from scratch could be so fun and easy! Mark, Jenny and Max were wonderful hosts. We felt like we were in their home. You don't need to have any cooking skills....which was good for me! :) Our favorite one was the Potato Rosemary....or maybe the Bacon and Eggs....or maybe the good ole' Margherita! You can tell that they love what they do.... Thanks for a great afternoon!

I didn't know if I'd have fun going alone and 4 hours seemed like it might be long, but I had a great time and the time flew! The instructors (Mark and Jenny) were excellent and entertaining, my pizzas came out amazing and I going to try my new skills at home this weekend with my kids! HIGHLY recommended!

The instructor, Mark Bello, and everyone else at Pizza A Casa are very friendly, enjoy what they do, and make pizza baking extremely simple. Best class my date and I have ever taken, a lot of fun. The classes are relatively small so they pay close attention to each student. Clean environment, a lot of Positive energy. Awesome experience that my date and I would recommend to everyone. Worth the $150/person. I've seen classes go for $450+. Mark makes some of the best pizzas and the pizzas students make surprisingly come out amazing even as first timers. My date truely enjoyed it as well and she was so happy I took her there. We went on a Sunday and she said it was the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Success!

Great class. Starts from the beginning. Mixing and making your own dough. From yeast to weighting your flouer to temperature of water, every detail covered in a fun way. Everyone of the 12 students made 4 pizza each. What a great class and instructor and all his helpers. I would hightly recommend this class to everyone.

I thought I knew a good bit about cooking pizza but Mark opened my eyes to new techniques and reminded me of others that I had begun to ignore. A number of people, both in NYC and elsewhere, knew that I would attend the Pizza Class. I gave a very strong recommendation for Pizza A Casa to each one and said that I thought the ticket price provided more fun and learning than a Broadway Show and that it was a far better investment. The Pizza Cooking Class is a fantastic buy for locals as well as visitors.

This class is fun, informational and a real joy to sit through. I attend many cooking classes and this was one of my favorites. The instructor, Mark Bello, really created an intimate and friendly enviornment for those who want to learn at any age. I can't wait to make my own pizza at home and return for their pasta making class. I highly recommend this to men and women of all ages!
