Hands-On Pizza Workshop

I took this class because I got a pizza stone for a gift and thought - learn to make pizza - and now I do! The class is very well organized, relaxed and yummy! The staff (Mark/Mike/Jenny) are so incrediblely engaging and helpful and make their own sausage that is delicious! My friends and family were amazed with how delicious my pizza was (yes, i took some home to share). I would strongly suggest this class to anyone who wants to learn how to make pizza (or just have a great afternoon) - fantastico! Ciao . . .

This class gave us many great suggestions. Mark has so much information about pizza making in his head, that he was able to give us individualized answers and tips about the problems each of us had at home in making pizza. The entire experience was excellentt abd we look forward to signing up for their pasta making class in the near future.

Great day! Mark, Jenny and Mike make you comfortable right away. Learned A LOT and had fun doing it! Come prepared to eat lots of yummy pizza! Looking forward to using these new found talents to make pizza at home!

This was not only a lot of fun but it was more importantly a great educational experience. The key is the preparation of the dough and it turns out great thin pie pizzas in a home oven. Mark and his helpers make it a fun learning experience and you'll depart with a head full of knowledge and a box full of pizza.

Going into this class my husband thought he was quite knowledgeable about making pizzas, as he already does this at home...however, it turned out that he knew nothing! We both learnt so much from Mark, Jenny and Mike. From the very start your made to feel very welcome and relaxed and the 4 hours just flew by. You have the option to make upto 4 pizzas each, so no chance of going hungry! Great set-up with the equipment in the school, purposely only using standard tools you would have at home and left feeling very confident to try our new skills at home. Thanks for making two Brits feel very welcome.

The class was fun - couple who run it are very engaging and knowledgable. We learned how to make really good pizza at home - and had a chance to eat good pizza while having fun. What a great way to spend a day.

I'd purchased 2 tickets for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift knowing how much he loved pizza and cooking, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Mark, Mike, and Jenny were patient, knowledgeable, and fun, and made sure everyone in the class could follow along. As a testament to Mark's teaching, all of our pizzas turned out fantastic and we all gorged ourselves horribly.

Our group of 4 had a great time! It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned cook or if you've never stepped foot in a kitchen. Mark, Jenny, and Mike are very knowledgeable and friendly - they made the 4-hour class fly by. I would highly recommend this workshop.
