Hands-On Pizza Workshop

This class will have you making great pizzas in no time and you'll enjoy an afternoon of fun. Mark and his crew are great and the format could not have been better. Mark is so passionate about pizza and it's great to see him teaching others. I highly recommend this class if you want to make great pizza at home or just to enjoy an afternoon of learning and eating. When Mark says "you won't leave here hungry", he means it. The shop is spotless, warm, and the music was great.

This is a must do on you trip to NYC!!! The course is great! The staff is organised and super friendly, the place is spotless clean and very well looked after, the purpose of the course -how to make awesome pizza yourself at home- was definitely understood and I feel ready to prepare it the same way in my own kitchen. It's heaps of fun and they know what they're doing at pizza a casa!

the class was amazing! helped me alot. i now know how to bake a pizza and how different ingredients can be used. you can make your own customised pie! procedure is important, and then playing with ingredients was a fun time!

It was 5 hours of fun and stuffing my face. I went with my fiancée for some Sunday fun and wound up leaving a pizza pro! Seriously, it was a blast. Mark is great, and makes it easy.

I enjoyed the class thoroughly, as did my wife. It was all couples, so you might want to take that into consideration. Great for the beginner baker all the way to accomplished chef. Check it out.

Pizza a Casa pizza-making class was a wonderful experience. My wife and I felt welcomed and not out-of-place at all, even though we are amatuers at making pizza. Mark, who was our instructor, was very helpful and thorough. He and his team were very enthusiastic and friendly about everything, which made the class fun and engaging. Honestly, I was not into pizzas(let alone eating them) before I took this class, but after taking it I've learned to appreciate pizza much much more than ever! Now, I will never look at a chain pizza restaurant the same again. Mark really took the "artisan" and applied it to pizza-making, which has me looking forward to making my own pizza again and again--thanks Pizza a Casa!

Great fun and amazing pizza'! Learning by doing was a fabulous experience for the four of us. The lesson was so well presented and every detail was worked out to perfection. We learned so much and made delicious pizza. Mark is a master chef whom has thought out every detail of the process.

This class was a ton of fun. Pizza you make is very good and it is much easier than I expected. You leave with a cheat sheet so you can take notes and use it when you leave. As foodies and people who love home cooking, this class was perfect. Instruction was excellent, with a lot of individual time. Our class was 11 people and there where three instructors. You might think it is expensive, but both my wife and I said it was worth the money.
