Hands-On Pizza Workshop

If you are looking for a perfect way to have fun in the city for 4 hours, purchase tickets to this class. Mark and his crew provided my 14 yo daughter and me with a really fun evening of pizza making. The instruction was professional but always supportive and good humored. The pizzas that you make are some of the best you are likely to have eaten. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Loved this class! We learned to make fantastic pizza and had a blast doing it. Only 12 students in the class so you get a lot of one on one instruction. Grab some friends, share some wine, and have a fun and tasty afternoon.

My wife found this class on a website advertising 'Different things to do in NYC' and thought it would make an ideal birthday gift for me. She was right. I have worked for pizza restaurants in the past and make them at home but I learnt a lot from Mark. He showed where I've been going wrong in an interesting and factual way. The class was fun and the right length of time. It addressed every aspect of pizza making from every level of experience so every member of the class was included and understood what Mark was explaining. Normally on reviews I'd leave constructive feedback on any negatives, I have none, it was that good. Sign up, go and enjoy.

I have taken a number of ccoling classes over the years. This class, by far was the best ever. We have been making pizza everyday since the class. I still cannot believe how fantastic the pizza tastes. I took my 14 year old son with me. He loved the class and has been making pizzas non-stop. Mark and Jenny were terrific hosts and instructors. They made us feel welcome and part of the family. I would strongly recommend this class to anyone who loves pizza.

Even though this class is expensive, it was well worth it! Chef Mark was so unassuming and easy going that he put any worries aside I had of being able to make my own pizza. He went through every step from creating the dough, rolling it out, adding toppings, baking it and eating it! It's wonderful to learn that I don't need any fancy tools or ingredients to make a delicious pizza. We had a lot of fun and laughs and now I can make my own pizza!

I am an experienced home pizza maker but my girl friend was not. We both got a lot from the class and enjoyed it very much. Mark Bello and staff were very informative and helpful through out and the pizzas were delicious. As an added bonus Kosars Bialys is next door.

We had such a fantastic time at the workshop despite my boyfriend initially having reservations. He was particularly impressed by the laid back and fun nature of the workshop, as well as the one on one help offered by Mark, Jenny and Mike! All in all they were very good hosts, particularly Mark whose passion for pizza and local produce really shone through and inspired a similar enthusiasm in his students!

Had a great time! I make my own pizza at home and had learned a few new pointers and new ideas to add to my repertoire! Love the decor!
