Very engaging and entertaining time and was sad to see it come to an end. We took away a lot of information and experience that we will be using for now on. Really can't say enough good things about Mark, Jenny, and Mike and the skillful presentation. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to NYC. Who'd a thunk it? |

This class was a lot of fun. My daughter and I learned some great tips on making homemade pizza. We tried it at home and the pizza came out great. Bring your appetite because there were a lot of samples. Mark and Jenny were very patient and helpful. A great experience! |

Mark and Jenny are great hosts with a genuine passion for pizza and teaching. The class was filled with "pearls" to make a great pizza. This is the perfect class for the experienced home-gamer to the absolute novice pizza maker. The skills and technoques that Mark and Jenny teach you are easily transferred to your home kitchen. The only problem is that once your friends and family taste how amazing your pizza is, you will be put to work every weekend to make more. |

I loved the class. It was extremely informative, fun and well organized. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure that each person in the class fully understood and mastered the skills necessary to make their own pizza pie. If you are a pizza connoisseur or just someone who loves pizza than this is definitely the class for you. Due to Mark's passion and the knowledge he has acquired through his travels abroad, pizza making has become for him not only a fun skill to teach but a bit of an art form. My only suggestion is that I might have condensed the overall class time. |

I'm slightly biased, as Mark is a friend of a friend, but this class is fantastic. It turns out that my wife and I were making every possible mistake when it came to pizza dough. The class is well-organized, well-run, very tasty, super professional and well worth the money. |

I would highly recommend this pizza class. The class size is very small (12 I believe) so I got invidivual attention when I needed it. The main instructor, Mark, thoroughly explains the entire proces of making a delicious pizza.
Mark explained each step simply and I was able to watch a closeup when we was stirring, kneading the dough, etc. via a big screen which was very helpful. When I arrived at the school, everything I needed to make a pizza was already waiting for me at my seat (including an apron). The other 2 people at the school (Jenny and MIke) were extremely kind and helpful. Before I attended the school, I was so intimidated about making a pizza (especially the dough part) and when I left, I felt that I could make a pizza that could easily have come from any top pizzeria!!!! The only suggestion I would have for the school is to make it a little bit shorter. 4 hours was a tad bit long. I also appreciated the fact that no one pushed their products that they sell. Mark has a passion for pizza making and is why he is such an excellent instructor and made it fun! You will not be disappointed! |
