Hands-On Pizza Workshop

Loved this class! We learned to make fantastic pizza and had a blast doing it. Only 12 students in the class so you get a lot of one on one instruction. Grab some friends, share some wine, and have a fun and tasty afternoon.

Had a lot of fun. The class was given plenty of tips, opportunities for questions, and expert guidance. Had a lot of fun and way more pizza than my doctor would recommend. Thanks a lot!!!

I have taken a number of ccoling classes over the years. This class, by far was the best ever. We have been making pizza everyday since the class. I still cannot believe how fantastic the pizza tastes. I took my 14 year old son with me. He loved the class and has been making pizzas non-stop. Mark and Jenny were terrific hosts and instructors. They made us feel welcome and part of the family. I would strongly recommend this class to anyone who loves pizza.

Had a great time! I make my own pizza at home and had learned a few new pointers and new ideas to add to my repertoire! Love the decor!

This class was a lot of fun. My daughter and I learned some great tips on making homemade pizza. We tried it at home and the pizza came out great. Bring your appetite because there were a lot of samples. Mark and Jenny were very patient and helpful. A great experience!

Worth every penny to get information that Mark has developed over the past 15 years.

I would highly recommend this pizza class. The class size is very small (12 I believe) so I got invidivual attention when I needed it. The main instructor, Mark, thoroughly explains the entire proces of making a delicious pizza. Mark explained each step simply and I was able to watch a closeup when we was stirring, kneading the dough, etc. via a big screen which was very helpful. When I arrived at the school, everything I needed to make a pizza was already waiting for me at my seat (including an apron). The other 2 people at the school (Jenny and MIke) were extremely kind and helpful. Before I attended the school, I was so intimidated about making a pizza (especially the dough part) and when I left, I felt that I could make a pizza that could easily have come from any top pizzeria!!!! The only suggestion I would have for the school is to make it a little bit shorter. 4 hours was a tad bit long. I also appreciated the fact that no one pushed their products that they sell. Mark has a passion for pizza making and is why he is such an excellent instructor and made it fun! You will not be disappointed!

"mark and jenny have the love of pizza cooking down to a science. mark delivered excellent instruction for both experienced and the novice among us, while jenny had the delicate ability of a hummingbird, moving between us to remove dirtied tools, provide ingredients just as they were needed, and offer timely advise. we left with new cooking talents, and were all both intellectually and physically fully satisfied. the class was easy to get to and in a comfortable neighborhood. i highly recommend this class and plan on repeating it when my travels bring me back to new york. paula"

My two daughters and I had the best time...and we learned to make THE BEST PIZZA EVER! It is completely hands on and you go home knowing you can now create gourmet pizza in your home! We learned what to do, and what not to do... in order to make the most tender dough, how much to use...because pizza is one of those instances where LESS IS MORE, and great combinations to put together! We ate pizza, We brought home lots of pizza for the husbands...and a dough ball each to get us started on our own..... It was a wonderful experience... Thank you to everyone at pizza a casa :)
