One of the best things you can do while in New York!! Enjoyed everything about it. Plus learned a lot on how to make pizza. Can't wait to try out the things we learned.

I am a pizza fanatic. I have been making my own pizza from scratch for a long time. I am very good at it, HOWEVER I definitely stepped up my game by taking Mark's class. I actually learned a few tricks and the pizza we made was phenomenal. Mark and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and walk you all the way through the process. The atmosphere of the place is cozy, welcoming and very folky with all kinds of pizza memorabilia on the walls as well as top quality pizza making supplies and equipment for sale. Mark was an art student for many years and you can tell... he puts his passion and creativity into helping others make great pizza. He shows you all his secrets and doesn't hold anything back. Now his way isn't the only way to do it of course but his pizza is as good as any pizza I have ever had anywhere in the world.....and the best thing is you will learn to make that exact pizza!!!

INFORMATIVE, HANDS-ON CLASS. IT WILL HELP ALL THREE OF US TO MAKE GREAT PIZZA AT HOME

I have been making pizzas at home for a couple of years and some were ok, some were good and a few were real good. The problem was always consistency with the crust. Mark does an unbelievable job of walking you through all the steps of the crust, with just enough "scientific" stuff so that you will understand the concept. I made three pizzas and they were all great. Went home the next day and made my wife a Margherita pizza and she took one bite and so "oh my goodness, this is wonderful". Two thumbs up to Mark and Jenny.

I recently celebrated my 40th birthday in NewYork with my husband and I have always wanted to improve on my pizza dough making skills as we have a traditional wood fired Pizza oven back home. Now after doing the workshop I've finally nailed it ! I learnt some great tips on dough making and topping the perfect pizza. The Team at Pizza a Casa were fantastic. A fun yet professional, clean and passionate workshop. If you love pizza, then this is for you.

My sister and I spent our last afternoon in NYC learning the intricacies of pizza making with Mark, Jenny and their team. It was a fun and educational afternoon - possibly our favourite afternoon in the city. We'd recommend it to all. We learnt lots, ate some fantastic pizza and met some great people. Do it - you won't regret it!

I always tried to mke my pizza following EU guidelines...I suspended my disbelief ... Mark told me I would have an Epiphany in NY pizza making....I did......

This class was everthing that it was billed to be. It was a fun day and even more fun to eat pizza that I made myself (and it was great pizza). I am now going into pizza withdrawal and can't wait to try out everything I learned at home. With the expert training we received I am sure that I will not run into any problems.

Learned a lot while being entertained!

The owner Mark and his wife Jenny were the best. There were extra people helping which made things run very smoothly. All I can say is that this was a great family activity for older kids. Mine were 25 and 29. Gracie! Loren, Ryan and Matt Colbert

What a great Friday night date with my boyfriend learning how to make delicious Pizzas. The class was fun, the other couples were nice and our pizzas turned out fantastic. We already are planning a family night where we can show our family what we learned.

The whole experience, from beginning to end was wonderful. Not only do you learn how to make pizza, you learn the whole colorful story behind all the ingredients, the equipment and much more! The experience is delectable in every sense! :)

The classroom is nicely equiped and decorated. The owner is very knowlegable and fun to be around and the staff is eager to help. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon and learn something new that you can enjoy with your family and friends.

Making the (delicious) pizza was great but what really made the experience for us was the people. The staff was fantastic - funny, easygoing, and knowledgeable. The four hours flew by. My husband and my 10-year old both loved it too. Highly recommend!
