Pizza a Casa Pizza School

could not speak more highly of this class. it was 1) FUN!, 2) inspiring (I wanted to go home and become a pizza chef), and 3) educational (i learned a ton about making pizza!). i only wish the space were a tad larger. it was hard to get around and the seating was a bit cramped.

MARK BELLO and his staff were amazing. They made the class fun and educational. The class and the experience was worth every penny!!!!

I highly recommend this pizza making workshop. The instructions were easy to follow and the results were outstanding.

Pizza a Casa was an amazing experience! We like to cook and have occasionally made pizza at home, but are not huge cooking class people. This blew everything we've ever done before out of the water! Mark and Jenny were fantastic - so patient, helpful and informative! We ate all day long and left full, with 6 pizzas ans 3 doughs for use at a later time. I'd recommend this class, whether you're alone or as part of a larger group!

My wife registered us for a class as an anniversary gift. I have been making pizzas at home from scratch for about 3 months now and was really looking for ways to get better. This class was just the thing but I want to be clear that there were plenty of people in class who had never made a pizza and by the end of the day they were making great pies. The instructor, Marc, was awesome. His passion for making pizzas was only matched by his expertise as an instructor and preparation in designing a truly effective workshop and kitchen classroom. I can't say enough good things about Marc and his staff. They made the day fun and the class environment very comfortable.

I really enjoyed the pizza making class. I was expecting it to be fun, but it was better than I was expecting. Mark and his assistants are super nice people, who are enthusiastic about what they do. Not only was it enjoyable, but the pizzas we learned to make were very good and easier to make than I thought they would be. He teaches you how to make pizza in a normal oven , with easy to find ingredients. Overall, the class is very enjoyable and a great way to spend an afternoon.

the best 4 hours spent in new york if you want to learn how to make pizza and have a blast, you must go!!!!

The class was great and a lot of fun, and the takeaway is valuable. My sister and I grilled pizzas the same weekend using dough -- and know how -- from the class.

I was apprehensive about taking this class because of the price, but it was totally worth it. I got this as a gift for my boyfriend, and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. The class is fun and informative. The class is very hands-on, you get to practice making pizza and can even choose your own toppings and take some pizza home. The teacher is great, funny and he really knows his stuff! We could relate to him because he's not a professional chef, but a pizza lover who's spent years perfecting his pizza recipe. I would totally recommend this class to anyone who wanted to have a fun learning experience.

Definitely worth every penny!!! If you dont know how make pizza you definitely will by the end of this class. The instructors are fun and enganging. i went with my girlfriend for valentines weekend and it was definitely everything i expected and more. I highly recommend it!

This is a must do on you trip to NYC!!! The course is great! The staff is organised and super friendly, the place is spotless clean and very well looked after, the purpose of the course -how to make awesome pizza yourself at home- was definitely understood and I feel ready to prepare it the same way in my own kitchen. It's heaps of fun and they know what they're doing at pizza a casa!

I attended this class with my 20 Year Old daughter. We were both very happy with the event and highly recommend it. It is as described on the website. The instructors were very knowledgeable and fun! The facility was nice and easy to access. You will not be disappointed in this class.

Mark (and Jenny) were amazing!!! The class was so much fun! Mark has a very natural way of sharing his stories and spreading his knowledge and love of pizza making and food in general. From start to finish the class was very well run and organized. I learned so much! And I really do think that after this course, I can make delicious pizzas at home! I loved the class so much, I want to take it again! And I definitely will recommend it to friends!
