We went to Pizza a Casa for my girlfriend's birthday. Mark and Jenny are excellent teachers and made sure everyone had a good time and learned how to much pizza at home, from scratch!

A very enjoyable evening! The class room can be a bit cramped at times, but the instruction and end results make it a must attend event. I had a really fun time learning... thanks!

A perfect idea for a date or for a friend that enjoys baking/cooking. the class was run by the nicest couple and although it ran for 3.5 hours, it was worth every minute of our time. we learned how to properly make pizza from scratch and will use what we were taught for many years to come.

Despite being a completely novice cook, I managed to make 4 tasty pies. Mark and Jenny were very patient and friendly. Their simple, to-the-point tips made sure I came away having learned to create great pizzas.

I have been making Pizza for a long time for friends who have been giving me rave reviews, so I thought it can only get better with the class! The class is a lot of fun, great activity for a couple or singles. Mark takes the mystery out of high quality thin crust artisan pizza. They say that the best tasting dishes are usually the simplest, but you have to be precise. Mark shows you how to do that and once you take this class, the sky is the limit. I treated my friends to my pizza creations afterwards and they could not believe it. This thin crust pizza has been my favorite but making it always eluded me.... Not anymore! I highly recommend this both as a fun activity and "pizza self sufficiency"

Lots of fun...great thing to do for couples.

I booked this for my husband and I to do on Valwntine's day since he loves pizza. The class was great and really informative. They really know how to make it easy and accessible for anyone to make a really great pizza at home. We really enjoyed it. My only complaint is that for the price you pay you should get at least a glass of wine. All in all it was a lot of fun.

Had a great time, learned a lot and would reccommend the class to anyone. Class started with the basics and was very laid back. Mark and and Jenny were very receptive and open to all questions and were very easy to get along with. Overall a great experience!!

This class is a great way to learn to make pizza or push your technique to the next level. The instructors know their stuff and are full of enthusiasm, the facility has everything you might need and more and class is well organized. While you are in the neighborhood, you can get yourself a snack from Donut Plant, take home bialys and afterward head to Chinatown.

I would recommend this pizza class to anyone. It was informative in a comfortable atmosphere taught by a very easy going man whose passion for pizza will inspire your own.
