When I tried making pizza at home, it came out just as good as in the class. Very fun and informative!

We were visiting NY for my husbands very first time from Los Angeles & I wanted him to enjoy something while I went to see a show. He came back SOOOOOO excited, that he wanted to go out & have a drink at 12:00am. That never happens. He had the best time & everyday since tells me about something new he had learned from the teacher & has made 4 pizzas in the last 3 weeks. Very good I may add. He said the class went past the 4 hours because no one wanted to leave. Great people, very informative & a lot of fun.....

Despite being a completely novice cook, I managed to make 4 tasty pies. Mark and Jenny were very patient and friendly. Their simple, to-the-point tips made sure I came away having learned to create great pizzas.

I would recommend this pizza class to anyone. It was informative in a comfortable atmosphere taught by a very easy going man whose passion for pizza will inspire your own.

For anyone who wants to learn how to cook awesome pizzas in their home oven (of 550 degrees max), this is the perfect class. Marc is a great instructor and the class is very hands on. Lots of eating and sharing of pizzas as well.

What a lot of fun it was to learn how to make great pizza from Mark and Ginny. And boy did we eat. Totally worth the time and money. Fine by yourself - but best done with friends and/or family. A wonderful experience that I can highly recommend.

Not only did I get to eat some yummy pizza, I learned how to make it myself at home! Mark is a great teacher- very knowledgeable, relaxed and entertaining. He obviously knows pizza and what it takes to make the best pie possble in your home oven. I got great compliments on the leftovers and plan to spend many evenings perfecting my pies.

Mark was just great...the right amount of instruction, humor and technical savy...and what a wonderful chef he is....all the sauces were fabulous. It was fun, and the equipment was first rate. Tasting our pasta with Mark's wonderful sauces was a delight that the four hours went by so quickly. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves to cook and loves to eat. It was fun and informative. I had never made pasta before. His staff was very pleasant and hard working...kudos to them all, especially Mark.
