| Captain seemed to know where the fish were.
First mate was arrogant and unhelpful.
The cook not only made a fantastic breakfast sandwich, but made some great fishing recommendations !!!!!!!!
I noticed that the competitor's boat which came in at the same time had a lot more keeper grouper fish. Perhaps they were better fishermen than we were. |

| My son and I just moved here from Wisconsin and have missed fishing. We decided to look up on the web to find a close place to go fishing at a good price. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking that this is going to be something we do once a month. I was going for the bigger fish, but my son went for the not so big but lots of fun to catch. He came home with 20 fish and my family had a fish fry the same night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to all. |

| It was a great day for us and my body eventhough we don't have that much catch, If anyone want just to relax and have a good time and still enjoy the thrill of hooking up grunts and a lot of groupers this is the trip thay you need to join in. I commend the attitude of the crews, they are outstanding specially Ted, very nice fellow, always cool and calm. To all the crew members specially the one on the booth that morning, you are #1 in caring for your customers! SUPER! We came late, we drove all the way from Sebring Fl and you have waited for us. You even instructed us by phone to find our way! Kudos to you all and God bless! Even the customers on board, we never heard any complaints or see any attitude. The only regret I have Idid not catch a keeper (I am blaming the groupers). All in all, keep up the good work gentlemen and more power to you! I am short of catch but I have a "FULL COOLER OF EXPERIENCE!" |

| We had a great time. The weather cooperated. The crew was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. They helped us even though we had no real experience. Will recommend to others. |

| I took my son on the 8 hours trip. The weather was not good but the fishing faired much better. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tim, the boat mate, was always there when you needed him (most times even before, he may be psychic). We normally fish from shore and this is the first time taking a charter. The captain chose some pretty good spots and several on the boat pulled in some good size grouper. The food from the galley was good and the drinks nice and cold. I am definetly planning to book this again and bring the wife along next time as well. We'll be sure to bring along some live bait for a better shot at the grouper. I would highly recommend the Queen Fleet!! |

| I had a good time. We mainly caught grey grunts, not much variety of fish. The first mate was very tied up with the drunks at the back of the boat and I had to keep asking for bait, etc. It was a good trip, only 28 in board so it wasn't packed. I went on a Wednesday. |

| The ship mate Todd is exceptional - he shouldn't even work for this group. It was a great trip with alot of fish caught and excellent attention from Todd (lukewarm from Captain). The extreme disappointment was at the end of the day. We arrived exactly on-time - 5: , but we left the dock are at 6:15, the last people except Todd. While we were waiting for Todd to butcher(filet) out fish 4 other "crew" fileted "their catch' (or gifts) ahead othe paying attendees (one of them, the cook was smoking a cigarette over the fish cleaning.) An "owner" stepped up to a sink with at lease 6 paying parties behind him, after grabiing a nice fish from the crew "tip tub"; fileted this nice fish and gave it to the lady in the ticket booth, This - while us paying customers continued to wait in the heat. PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOU CUSTOMERS - I WILL NOT RETURN |
