Half Day Fishing in Clearwater Florida

Loved this experience. We are avid fisherman of the Ozarks from southwest Mo. But this was totally different. We just sat back and relaxed while they took care of everything. It was great. Worth every penny. Only thing that could have been better is if that grouper would have been in season. Darn it anyway! Rob and Carolyn Gray Halltown Mo.

The crew did a very good job on answering my questions and making the 1st time deep sea fishing trip a good one. If in the area again, and have the time, I definitely see about using their fishing trip again.

My Brother and his wife and kids were visiting from Connecticut. The fishing trip was a nice way to showcase the beautiful waters of this coast during their visit. His kids and mine had a great time enjoying the boat ride, and catching a lot of grey snapper.

The crew was very helpful with fishing. We also enjoyed the grill on board. The cook made his special hot dog for my son. He ate 2 big dogs! Everyone in our group caught fish and had a wonderful day!

We actually went on a full day fishing trip, only because the trip we were going on, had only 2 people that showed up for the trip. We were not quite prepared for an all day excursion, but the crew took care of us. Great Cheeseburgers!!! I was hungry after catching a lot of fish:) We can't wait to come back and bring our boys, who are in their twenties. Loved It, Carl and Maureen Hutchinson Strafford, MO.

We were celebrating my Brothers fiftieth birthday. We had 15 people in our group from age 7 to 76. Everyone caught something and the crew was very helpful. We had a great time and a wonderful day on the water.

There were only two fish caught on the whole boat. We had not been out with this Capitan before but had been out on the boat several times. Never have we had such bad luck on this boat. The three moves that the Capitan made seamed to be little more than a repositioning of the boat rather than a new loran number. We were very disappointed in the results, maybe the fish were not biting but were left with the impression that the Capitan just did not know where the fish were. Hopefully you will have better luck on your trip.

Although the day was cool the trip was wonderful. on the journey out the captain called attention to a pod of dolphins in the distance and turned the boat in their direction. It as amazing watching the dolphins ride the wave in front of the ship. The fishing was excellent and as soon as it would taper off the captain would move to new spot. The crew and cook were helpful and knowledgeable, and were able to recommend a good local eatery that would cook our catch. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is going to be in the area.

We caught a huge number of red snapper. Saw a couple other folks pull a large grouper each. Taking your filleted catch to Crabby Bill's is a must for the absolutely freshest seafood meal you'll ever eat. Only wish would be that the fillets didn't have as many bones as they did.

We decided to go fishing on New Year's Eve day, and I'm glad we chose the Queen Fleet. The boat is actually a large catamaran, so the ride is smooth sailing! The boat is big enough that you don't feel like your packed in like tuna.... and truly, the best part of the experience was the staff. Eric was our captain, and when we were anchored, he came around and pleasantly offered suggestions to us non-fishermen. His assistant, Jason, worked his tail off while we were fishing, and when we were able to catch something, he was there as soon as he could be to help take the fish off the hook, identify what kind of fish, and whether we could keep it. I felt like I was fishing with friends, which made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. And at the end... to watch Jason clean and filet our 48 fish was a real treat, and worth the (very inexpensive) price! We will definitely go again! Thank you!
