Queen Fleet Deep Sea Fishing

this captain went north as we hoped he wouldnt. everyone knows to go south. the bite was weak and he did not move far from spot to spot looking for productive fishing. we stood in the same area and the bite was terrible. capt. bob always goes south and we seem to do better. the people on the dock when we got back said the double eagle came back with 30 gags and some hog fish. they went south. i probably wont return after this unless i know capt. bob is skipering

great time great crew

We took the 4 hour trip, and spent exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes fishing. Left late, 8:10am, one hour to the first place to fish, fished 25 minutes, 15 minutes to the next, fished 25 minutes, then another 15 to get to our last spot where we fished 25 minutes, then an hour trip back to the dock. I think taking an hour to go out 10 miles is pretty slow, even with having to go at idle speed in the intercoastal. Seems to me they ran the boat slower to save on fuel. My son and I would have enjoyed the extra fishing time. Overall we had a decent time, but when you advertise the hype, you better back it up.

The deck hands really take care of you on the Queen Fleet! We were fully informed of everything to expect and it went as they said! We had a great time and the crew was very knowledgable of the area and the sea life and were available the entire time! I would strongly recommend this to anyone, even if you aren't a big fisher at heart - Thanks for a great time!

I took my girlfriend on a full day trip aboard the queen fleet and I can't say enough about this boat and it's crew! Everyone is very helpful and shared a lot of knowledge. They make it fun for the avid fisherman and easy to learn for the beginner. My girlfriend had only been out once before on a different boat and right away she fell in love with this boat. We are already planning our next trip and I would recommend this boat to anyone. I can't thank you guys enough for what you do! We look forward to the next trip. Bo and Hillary

We felt the staff and boat was good and well kept. Our problem was we were supplied bait only that only brought grunts or smaller grouper as well as what I call throwaway fish. We were not offered live fish or other type bait. What really turned us off was after being told not to cast a regular guest of yours was allowed to cast and than towards the end of the trip one of the employees came to the back of the boat where we were located and started casting first with a luer than with some sort of either live or fresh fish as bait. He than proceeded to catch the only large grouper that could be kept. Rule of thumb when you have people who are paying money do not have an employee show them up it ruins the trip. We flet like we were cheated out of an opportunity to get a larger fish and that all you cared about was how many grunts you could get us to catch.

Nice tour, nice staff. We were able to see the dolphins and take pictures. They are cute and like to show off. Recommended.

Good trip, crew was friendly especially the deckhand Jason. Family enjoyed the trip overall, our only regret is that we didn't catch more fish that day. Lots of grunts and one grouper that was too small.

The cruise was so pleasant. We enjoyed the delightful dolphin show. I loved hearing about the home owners on the shore and some of the history.

Rough seas going out but calm coming in. Between myself and two adult sons we caught 85 fish. I thought the crew could have been more friendly.

It was amazing--per the teenager that was with us. They found fish very easily, but the guys didn't seem to want to go out (it was pretty choppy). We caught lots of fish and the other people on the boat were a lot of fun as well.

Very clean and well run attraction!

My daughter and I booked the half-day fishing trip with the Super Queen recently. It was our first time deep sea fishing and I must say, we enjoyed the experience immensely! We caught thirteen fish between us in the two hours you have to fish (it takes one hour there and back to reach the fishing grounds). Next time, we will likely book a whole day fishing trip with the Super Queen! My only negative comment is that the staff are not very friendly and you have to be able to function pretty well on your own (baiting and releasing fish from the hook), as they are not available at all times. Overall, the experience was amazing and I highly recommend this company. On a side note, I had reviewed other fishing expeditions in the area and they were much higher in experience.

We had such great time. The boat was well equipped and comfortable and the crew was helpful! Great day on the water! We will be scheduling another excursion really soon!
