Nice Day of Bachelor Party Fishing
Sat, Feb 23  9:00 AM KONCERTSEA Male 50-59 Combination Other
The captain and crew were friendly and helpful. Not much in season, but we took a lot of snapper. Several beautiful grouper had to be released. Some of the local gang is talking about another outing when grouper season opens. I'm over fishing from so much in my youth, but this was an enjoyable day. Some in the party were pleased with the food available on board, too. Just make sure to get a pole with a long enough leader, or you'll sit all day while those around you bring up catch with every dunk of the pole.

We did the all day trip. We both had a blast! The boat is clean and well maintained. The crew was awesome! We also enjoyed Jeff the chef. His food is good and fair priced. We caught a really nice Grouper but had to throw it back because of Florida regulations. We did keep a bunch of fish and had them cooked at a nearby restaurant. Very good day for us both!

we had a great time even with the foggy weather at times. we didn't catch as many fish as the others on the other side of the boat but we had a great time. we saw some interesting fish (a couple hog fish) and an octopus. the crew were great and very helpful. definitely recommend this for your first fishing trip to the gulf. thanks

Relaxing, fun day...

I went on Queen Fleet with my cousin and his teenage daughter on October 10th. The weather was in the high 70's with a light breeze. The ship is an older catamaran, but was in good repair and had plenty of seating and standing space. The hour ride out to the fishing "spot" was wonderful and we enjoyed the view of the gulf. Fishing was trouble free and we learned a local restaurant close to the pier would prepare the fish we caught! My cousins' daughter caught 30+ fish (grouper, snapper) and we caught around 20. The captain (Eric) was very cordial and answered my questions with ease. The first mate will do all the "dirty work" if you don't want to smell like fish all day and the food was priced right and decent tasting. I would not bring a cooler on the boat, for you can buy beer, soda, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc on the water. Overall this was a good experience and I would do it again.

Caught 20-25 fish and TIPS

Loved it, will be back!!! Here are some tips: 1) get there early and buy live bait. Most fish caught on our boat were people using live bait that you have to buy at the bait shop before you leave. 2) We brought a sandwich with us because we assumed the food would be expensive and not great. So not true! Food was very reasonable (like $2.50 for a burger and looked awesome). Next time, we all decided we'd just buy the food on the boat. Crew was great, the full day is the way to go. Thanks for the great trip!!

Great day fo fishing

The trip was short lived - About 1 1/2 hours of fishing. The trip was fun and they put us on some fish. Because of the drift fishing, the captain moved the boat every 20 minutes or so. Spend the extra $20 if you can, and go on the all-day boat!

The guys are nice, the fish were biting and the weather was beautiful. We brought a bucket of live shrimp from the shop on the pier. We wound up catching a few more than others. Mostly grunt with a few small grouper in the mix. Enjoyed it!

Overall it was a fun trip and we had a good time but I was hoping to catch more and much larger fish. Not sure if it was because we didn't go out that far or what but I would recommend the all day option because the half day seemed to go by too quickly.

I love the going out with Captain Bob, Tim and most of the time with the cooks. The only negative thing I can say about this trip is the cook, craig, seemed to have negative attitude and spent most of the time in the captains wheelhouse, with ppl popping up at the counter and sometimes having to wait alittle for him to come out. Other then that it was fantastic as always and will be going out with them alot more, just hoping each time it will be with Capt bob and tim and if lucky jeff as the cook, jeff was great from a previous trip out with them.

Took the all day trip and the fish we caught would fit on crackers, nothing but grunts and small grouper. NO KEEPER GROUPERS AT ALL!!!!!! This was the third time I have personally been on this boat and I will not go back again. The mates were disrespectful when asked to re-bait my girlfriends line, had her do it herself and thats not her thing. They are paid to do those type of things, cause our ticket price of $75 had to cover something besides a boat ride and a couple grunts. I feel they never hit the good spots and just try to give you enough to feel satisfied. The Double Eagle seems to go out and come back with more fish and keeper groupers.

While visiting my daughter in Orlando, we decided to take a road trip to the west Florida coast. After Googling several locations, Clearwater Beach popped up. After more research, we noticed that the Sea Screamer was mentioned multiple times, all with very positive reviews so we decided to make a reservation. We had a great time! The crew was incredible - very friendly, fun and informative. Seeing the dolphins playing and then racing in the wake of the boat, was the highlight of our trip. We both decided afterwards that we were very glad we did this one hour tour. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

Great day of fishing....

Had a great day of fishing....In town for the holiday and was looking for a good fishing boat to go out on. The Queen Fleet was great. Caught some grouper keepers and other edible fish. Captain Bob and Tim were very helpful. Boat was a bit full though and my line got caught up on others a couple times. Being grouper season and the holiday filled the boat.
