Randy's Fishing and Whale Watching Trips is a small, family business established in 1949 by Salvatore (Randy) Randazzo. Randy encouraged fun, affordable, family-oriented recreation with dedicated attention to honesty and satisfying his guest’s desires. This tradition has endured 50 years.

Our captains are certified and competent. They all hold Masters Licenses issued by the United States Coast Guard and have been operating vessels to carry ‘Passengers for Hire’ for the past 20+ years.

Their expertise and ability to operate a vessel are exceptional.

Activity Description
Come join our fishing expert Brian Cutting on the Sur Randy for the Least Deadly Catch on a fun-filled trip that is sure to get you to the best fishing spots in Monterey Bay!

Our vessels are clean, dependable, constantly maintained and operated by highly qualified personnel to ensure a safe and fun excursion.

During the Crab Combo trips, you will enjoy:

  • An opportunity to catch 6 Dungeness Crab
  • Participation pulling in the Crab pots
  • Assistance from highly qualified crew members
  • A trip to the best Crab and fishing spots in Monterey Bay
  • The chance to snatch other fisheries like Sand Dabs and Mackerel along with the Crab

What Is Not Included?
Fishing equipment, licenses, and fish cleaning services are not included but can be rented or purchased at the shop prior to departure. A complete equipment package with license will cost $30 per fisherman. Fish cleaning will be approximately $1per fish.

Please note that anyone 16 years of age or older (who is fishing on the trip) is required to have a fishing license in their possession before getting on the boat. If you do not have one, we have one-day licenses and annual licenses available in the shop that can be purchased prior to departure.
