| I booked and payed for our wale watching trip about 1 week in advance online. We were scheduled for a 1PM trip. Our family arrived enthusiactically and we were told due to rough seas the 1PM was cancelled. The weather seemed nice and I asked why we were not phoned earlier so we could have avoided preparing and traveling to the docks for the trip.The person at the counter said they thought we were on the 10AM trip. Randy's had a hard copy showing our 1PM confirmation. Randy's apologized and said they credited my charge card since we could not do a future trip. |

| This is not for people who get seasick. The ocean is an adventure and a lot like an amusement ride. |

| We picked Randy's because it said it was family friendly on their website. My kids inded had a lot of fun, only Mom got sea sick. Take dramamine before leaving as a precaution. We saw many whales and was well worth the trip. |

| Thank you so much for the trip. This has been the 6th time we have gone out with Randy's and everytime has been a pleasure. This trip was very eventful since the sea's were so rough. This was in no way Randy's fault and they provided a great trip. |

| There was nothing wrong with the company. They did a fine job. However, the water was quite "turbulent" and the whale watching trip was pretty scary. I didn't realize how rough it would be. My partner got seasick and we were completely soaked. Wimps or not, it turned out that being out in the ocean is just not for us. |

| My group and I had a great time, the whales were very active, and the capitan was relentless on finding whale activity. We had many close encounters and the view was fantastic! The boat was clean and accomodating and the staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Randy's to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful, and fun experience. Thank you to the staff! |

| We enjoyed this trip very much. It was jsut the right length for our kids adn great to get to see the whales and other animals. We packed a lunch to eat out on the boat which helped to pass the time until we found a whale. We would definitely recommend this trip to other families with children. |

| Randy's whale watching is one of the best treasures of Monterey. The service and experience they offer at such a low price can't be beat by any of the other whale watching tours. Not to mention the helpful friendly staff, clean boats, and the captain is good about finding whales and making this an enjoyable trip. |
