| we started out 30 minutes late 2 pm instead of 1.30 as advertised and then we returned after 1hour fourty five minutes, we understood the trip to be three hours long.
we did see two whales for a short while and then returned to port ,the boat that was out at the same time as us left at 1,30 pm and came back at 4.30 pm thats what we thought we paid for. |

| Everyone in the family had a great time! We saw tons of wildlife, not just whales. The staff at Randy's was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely go again! |

| Randy's whale watching was a great experience. After we started seeing whales, and the convergence of other whale watching boats starting coming along, my girlfriend and I were happy to be on Randy's boat instead of one of the other overcrowded larger boats around. The captain was knowledgeable and friendly, and would always turn the boat so we could get the best view of the pod.
We will DEFINITELY be doing this again! |

| A very good trip with an experienced skipper. We saw at least ten Grey Whales. Good value for the money. |

| The boat Captain appeared to be a rookie who did not understand where the whales were going and how to anticipate there speed. We spent the whole day chasing the whales and never got into a good position to see them up close. We saw other boats whose Captain was putting their boat in perfect position. |

| What a day! We saw 30+ whales. We would recommend to anyone. Not too crowded, educational, fun. I wouldn't go anywhere else! |

| Saw plenty of whales: boat was not crowded. I was disappointed when we came in a half an hour early. The web sight makes it sound like, if any thing, you come in late but we were on the dock at 12:30. It was what I consider an epic day for January: the water was flat, air temp was near 70, whales a plenty right off Point Pinos, very rare in January. We usually have the whales but not the conditions. I would have liked the full time. |

| I was excited about the trip. We got there early to make sure we were in the right place as i ordered the tickets online. We were barely welcomed by a women who didn't put down her smoke. She handed us 2 passes and told us to go and wait in the Princess line. I hadn't signed up for Princess because I had wanted to go with Randy's for a number of reasons. Basically since they didn't sell enough tickets, they bought Princess tickets for us (which cost less) and sent us over there so they wouldn't have to deal with us. I found it to be totally a scam. We enjoyed our trip with the other carrier, but lost money because of the sequence of events. |
