| I picked this whale-watching company because it was middle of the range for cost of the ones I looked at online. The boat was basically a regular old fishing boat which really didn't accomodate many passengers very well. Only about half of the group could actually sit down, and for those of us standing, it was a long 3.5 hours! I was really glad we saw whales (we saw a number of humpback whales), otherwise the experience would not have been very pleasant. |

| Friendly staff and crew. Great location on Fishermans Wharf. Ideal size boat. Superb wildlife, especially the Humpbacks.
All in all, a wonderful trip that I would recommend to anyone. |

| That helps if you are late for a one trip, they can accomodate you with the others.
The attendants were very responsive and cater to our requests and made sure we were put on a trip even though we reached late due to the long weekend traffic jam.
The boat is very nice and with all the required facilities for the tour.
Overall a comforting experience |

| We got to see killer whales up close. They were playing and very active. We saw a mother and her cafe, full body of the whales out of the water. It was a great experience after a hour and half of looking for the whales. That was the down fall is that you get worn out looking but once you find them, WOW!!! There was a pod of about 5 or 6 and they were playing with each other.
Cons-They were half hour late getting started, our trip was at 2PM but we didnt get going until 2:30PM. It took over an hour and half to locate the whales and once we found them everyone on the boat had to crowd in the front of the boat to try and see them. So people were stepping, bumping, and pushing other people. And then he brought us back early, we were back by 5:15PM which we could of stayed out there for another 15mins to watch the whales that we paid to see. The trip was suppose to be for three hours. |

| My husband and I took our teenagers whalewatching on Randy's boat. It was an incredible experience that I think they will remember for a long time. It was exciting to be on the ocean on a smaller boat and feel the rocking of the waves and the thrill of being far out on the ocean. Then we were able to see a mother humpback and her calfand watched them for more than 20 minutes. at times the whales came as close as 50 feet.
I also appreciated the respect that Randy's staff have for ensuring the whales are not intruded upon.
We felt safe and well taken care of by everyone! |

| We rode out on the boat for about an hour and 15 minutes before finding a whale, trolled around for about 30 minutes watching the whale, then an hour and 15 minutes back to dock. It was very foggy so there wasn't much visibility on the ride out and back and nothing to o on the boat. One of the smaller (and cheaper!) boats. |
