About The Seller:
Ellis Richman has been giving home tours for eighteen years, is a member of the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Club (top 2% of all Realtors nationwide), and was an architectural photographer in the 1980’s before becoming a Realtor. Ellis grew up in Annapolis, guides each tour personally, and infuses historical anecdotes and tidbits about the 355 year old community, as well as highlighting neighborhood amenities. The idea to use a one-hour historic trolley tour to show historic homes occurred to the Annapolis Realtor just before he signed up to take a continuing education course for Realtors to qualify for a Historic Home Specialist designation.
