| My teenage daughter and I had a fun-filled weekend of shopping, musicals and a Gala event but this tour was really the highlight of our four days in NY. Three hours of seeing celebrity homes, hearing the NY society history and getting the juicy bits of gossip made it well worth every penny! Our guide kept us entertained with personal stories and knows some of the stars himself. We took a short walk in Central Park as well so that covered one more thing that we wanted to do but wouldn't have had time for. As a former florist and gardener, I love parks and we saw what is probably the prettiest part of it, the French and English garden and crabapple lane. Great photo opportunity! We now know that people must be insane or fantastically wealthy to have a place in NYC. I mean, $30million for an apartment???? I'll take a country home any day! We saw the locations of where some of our favorite movies and tv shows are filmed. Definitely a 5 star tour!!!! Next time we go to NY, we're doing this again. Sharon Hoehner | ||||||

| i really enjoyed this tour. i usually take 2-3 vacations a year for the past 5 years this trip was by far the best trip ever... i have been to nyc three times this was the best mainly because your tour was so educational and entertaining i saw a side of nyc that only a local would see. i really enjoyed our tour i must be honest there was four of us on the tour and my husband and my friends husband were kind of not looking forward to our tour as they are not into celebrity gossip... well they were pleasantly surprised and it has been the topic of conversation ever since. the tour was custom built for everyone to enjoy. thanks for that. overall i really enjoyed the tour and well defintely do it again and will recommend it to everyone i know. thanks for make this the best vacation ever. yri infante | ||||||

| Thank you for the wonderful tour! Jim Dykes was the most knowledgeable tour guide I have ever encountered. In our three-hour tour, Jim was able to share a ton of information on where various celebrities live, shop, dine, hang out, etc. In addition to providing a lot of history, Jim shared some celebrity gossip and scandals that we had not heard before. This is definitely a unique tour I would highly recommend to everyone! | ||||||

| All our expectations of this tour were exceeded. Likable and knowledgeable guide, small group atmosphere, and personalized commentary highlighted this experience. My teenage daughters and I couldn't have had near the fun on a large group bus. I will definitely recommend RichandFamous to my friends. | ||||||

| I enjoyed the tour. The guide was quite friendly and knowledgeable, with a lot of interesting anecdotes. However, the bus utilzed for the tour , a small omnibus, was not the best for sight seeing. I suppose it was best for some of the small side streets. I sat on the right side (not the drivers side) and most of the sights seemed to be viewable only from the left side of the bus. For example, going down Central Park East and West I could not tell you if a building was higher than the first floor--I could not see. Still even if I could not see Madonna's apt on the 4th floor, I was able to see the doorway at least and was appreciative of the information shared with us. I recommend that you sit on the LEFT if this type of bus will continue to be used. | ||||||

| It was a delightful fun tour. Our guide knew such interesting facts and triva about NY City which made the tour very interesting. It was fun to find out where celebrities live and shop. It's truely amazing how much celebrities are willing to pay for their apartments. It also gaves you insight into the neighborhoods of the upper East and West side of town. It helped us realize the city is made up of a bunch of wonderful little neighborhoods, each unique in it own way . Each offering wonderful stories about the people who live there. We learned about Central Park and the Museums, and also what was happening at them. It was a small group, so you were able to ask questions. It was a relaxing and informative fun morning. Our guides were great! | ||||||

| Review of Rich and Famous Tour - New York City My friends and I were recently amazed and thrilled with the Rich and Famous Tour of New York. Our tour guide, Jim Dykes, was personable, witty and very knowledgeable. We were most impressed that the tour was not the usual "now if you will turn your head to the right you will see ..." sort of tour. It was informal in that way but the tour guide gave you the feeling that you were his dearest of friends and he was showing you New York as you had never seen it before. He did not mind questions, serious, gossipy or otherwise. On the contrary, he welcomed them and answered every one. He gave us all the trivia spiced with just the right amount of newsy gossip to keep our interest peaked. We enjoyed the experience very much and will sign up again on our next venture to the city.
