| i really enjoyed this tour. i usually take 2-3 vacations a year for the past 5 years this trip was by far the best trip ever... i have been to nyc three times this was the best mainly because your tour was so educational and entertaining i saw a side of nyc that only a local would see. i really enjoyed our tour i must be honest there was four of us on the tour and my husband and my friends husband were kind of not looking forward to our tour as they are not into celebrity gossip... well they were pleasantly surprised and it has been the topic of conversation ever since. the tour was custom built for everyone to enjoy. thanks for that. overall i really enjoyed the tour and well defintely do it again and will recommend it to everyone i know. thanks for make this the best vacation ever. yri infante | ||||||

| Not only was this a delightful and relaxing way to see several neighborhoods of the city but was also very informative as to the natives that inhabit the island. You really get a feel of everday life as well as the homes, and gossip of the famous and wealthy. Mike, our guide, loves the city and the people who live there. Would recommend to anyone who wants to skip the hassle of the large buses and impersonal tour guides. | ||||||

| My wife, daughter, and I experienced the Rich & Famous tour in November 2008 and found it very enjoyable. Jim Dykes was our guide and proved to be very knowledgable about the city in general and specifically the rich and famous. The tour group was small and intimate. The tour was a combination of bus ride and short walks and included adequate breaks with one stop at a local bakery. Jim even dropped us off at Grand Central Terminal and provided a short tour of the terminal at no additional cost. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. | ||||||

| It was a delightful fun tour. Our guide knew such interesting facts and triva about NY City which made the tour very interesting. It was fun to find out where celebrities live and shop. It's truely amazing how much celebrities are willing to pay for their apartments. It also gaves you insight into the neighborhoods of the upper East and West side of town. It helped us realize the city is made up of a bunch of wonderful little neighborhoods, each unique in it own way . Each offering wonderful stories about the people who live there. We learned about Central Park and the Museums, and also what was happening at them. It was a small group, so you were able to ask questions. It was a relaxing and informative fun morning. Our guides were great! | ||||||

| Thank you for making our FIRST trip to New York so memorable! When we asked our 12 year old what her favorite part of our New York trip was, she said "The Rich & Famous Tour!" It's so true...It was a memorable experience that we are still talking about. We loved seeing where many of our favorite celebrities live (and how much they paid!) and hearing the wonderful stories of New York history and unique tidbits. We had already taken the double decker buses but they just don't compare to your tour. | ||||||

| Very much enjoyed my tour. I found it to be very informative, more personal and a nice change from the big commercial tours. Our guide was gracious with a terrific sense of humor and had a superior knowlegde of the city of NY. Highly recomended! | ||||||

| I enjoyed the tour. The guide was quite friendly and knowledgeable, with a lot of interesting anecdotes. However, the bus utilzed for the tour , a small omnibus, was not the best for sight seeing. I suppose it was best for some of the small side streets. I sat on the right side (not the drivers side) and most of the sights seemed to be viewable only from the left side of the bus. For example, going down Central Park East and West I could not tell you if a building was higher than the first floor--I could not see. Still even if I could not see Madonna's apt on the 4th floor, I was able to see the doorway at least and was appreciative of the information shared with us. I recommend that you sit on the LEFT if this type of bus will continue to be used. | ||||||

| Jim Dykes was an EXCELLENT tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about where stars live in New York. He also spent considerable more time taking my mother and me to other sites (e.g., the Women's Republican Club to get a photograph from a terrace). We also enjoyed chatting with the mayor's girlfriend and admiring her dogs. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. Jim also gave us the confidence to get around the City so that we did not constantly get lost. I definitely will take another tour with Jim the next time I visit the City with my husband. I highly recommend this tour. Great job, Jim!! Thank you. | ||||||

| Review of Rich and Famous Tour - New York City My friends and I were recently amazed and thrilled with the Rich and Famous Tour of New York. Our tour guide, Jim Dykes, was personable, witty and very knowledgeable. We were most impressed that the tour was not the usual "now if you will turn your head to the right you will see ..." sort of tour. It was informal in that way but the tour guide gave you the feeling that you were his dearest of friends and he was showing you New York as you had never seen it before. He did not mind questions, serious, gossipy or otherwise. On the contrary, he welcomed them and answered every one. He gave us all the trivia spiced with just the right amount of newsy gossip to keep our interest peaked. We enjoyed the experience very much and will sign up again on our next venture to the city. | Jim did a great job giving us a flavor of New York City and a peek into the lives of the Rich and Famous. Everyone in our group of 9 (ages 20-70) caught a glimpse of something that interested them. This is a great way to see the Upper East and Upper West sides. We loved the stop at the Conservatory Gardens in Central Park. What a beautiful spot in the city especially with all the spring flowers! Thanks, Jim, for a fun afternoon. We would highly recommend this tour and plan on doing another one when we return to the city! | ||||||
