I TOOK MY HONEY ON THE CRUISE FOR OUR 5TH ANNIVERSARY. IT WAS A TOTAL SURPRISE FOR HIM. IT WAS DEFINITELY A NIGHT TO REMEMBER. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT AND OUR OARSMAN WAS SO ATTITIVE TO OUR NEEDS. HE MADE SURE WE DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING THAT COULD BE SEEN FROM THE RIVER. THE FOOD WAS AWSOME AND PLENTY OF IT. THE DOGGIE BAGS CAME IN HANDY. WITH THE SOUND OF JAZZ MUSIC IN THE AIR, WE WERE SO RELAXED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES TO SHARE SPECIAL MOMENTS TOGETHER.

This was our 38th wedding anniversary and we thoughly enjoyed the experience. Steve was right on time and very pleasant as he was familair with the area and the river. The three hours went by so quickly it seemed, dinner was fantastic, to smell it cooking while your just floating along on the river. Sometimes you go fast, but most of the time it is just a gentle, quit and pleasant ride. We never felt we were hurried to finish our dinner and we would recomend it to anyone and not for just special occasions. Roy & Lynette

Okay, this is easy...My name is Greg. I'm 48 and totally in love with my wife Terri. We just celebrated our 19th wedding ann, on the River Romance cruise down the Sac river. It was Great! No, better than great, it was fun, relaxing, exciting, we held hands, and kissed under every bridge. He turned the boat around gently to watch the sun setting, and it was great! My wife and i talked about everything we could. We laughed, and i got silly. It was like being a kid again. Oh and the food, wow! The food was perfect! I had steak, baked potato, salad, garlic bread, and Terri had the salmon. Cooked to perfection. As the night fell, it only got better. There are blankets in the front on the Gondola, so you can cozy up together. Very nice. He started the music right after we pulled out into the river. Dean Martin was singing "Thats Amore" I tell what, i thought i was the type of person that would be a little embarrassed, doing something like this, but i was wrong. I recommend this to ANYONE who has a soul and wants it back better than it was..I have not stoped telling people about this since we did this on Tues, Aug, 14, 2007. Yes, this one trip, has given me something back I thought was gone forever...ROMANCE BABY!. So, do yourself, and a loved one this favor, and find one night to claim as your own, and get romantic, on the River Romance Cruise. I thank you for this oppertunity to speak out on this. I took my wife on the dinner cruise for her birthday and we both had a wonderful time. We live in Redding but we have never seen the scene that cruising on the river provides. Our guide allowed us to slowly drift down the river, prepared a delicious meal and made sure that we were comfortable in the boat. I highly recommend this cruise.

Very relaxing and great scenery

What a superb outing for a special occasion. I would highly recommend this cruise...I have lived in the Redding area for 8 years and had no idea how beautiful, relaxing and downright fun a float through the heart of Redding would be! We saw beavers and lots of geese and ducks, they pretty much join you for dinner while you are beached on a shoal in the middle of the river! Todd was outstanding and provided just the right balance of attention and privacy! We loved it!!!!

We had a great time out on the river. Very nice to things from a different perspective. We went at the beginning on Aug. and had great weather.

It was a very wonderful experience. The trip down the river was very fun, we made our own cd's which I recommend just to have the background music you like. The food was outstanding. Great job on the cooking. I have recommended this trip to my friends.

My husband and I recently moved to Redding and were celebrating our 10th anniversary. The river cruise was an excellent way to gain a new perspective on the area. One cannot trully appreciate the beauty of the river and its surroundings from any other place than in a boat. The weather was perfect, just the right temperature on the water, and the service was excellent as well. You have not experienced 'river-front' dining until you are litterally seated ON the river! we recently enjoyed the sunset dinner cruise. it was beautiful and our gondolier was great. not only informaive, but funny and entertaining. we can't wait to go again

Great experience. Very relaxing and fun. The only complaint was the chicken was spongy and nasty.

Romantic, Relaxing and a great way to appreciate the beauty of Redding from the Sacramento River. The food was great too. My wife really appreciated this surprise on her birthday.

I wanted to do somethin special for my wife on are 27th aniversary so I started surfing the web for ideas and found your service. It was perfect romatic,privet,and diffrent. I didn't tell my wife where we where going it was a suprise she keep bugging me about not knowing how to dress I just keep telling her she would be the most buitifull women there. We could not have chosen a better way to spend our anniversary. The cruise is romantic, private and relaxing, as well as fun and beautifully scenic. The staff are very professional and experienced. The dinner was more delicious than any restaurant we could have gone to (we had the steak). It was nice to cool off after a hot day by being on the river and sharing a sunset together.
