Great Tour...Very Enjoyable!

Fantastic tour! Lasted 90 minutes and featured tons of great boats & homes. I purchased my tickets ahead of time, online, and I would recommend you do the same. Online purchases apparently also get a free drink for each ticket purchased, so that is also a nice perk. If/when I return to Ft. Lauderdale, I would love to go on this tour again.

Great tour but smoking allowed and I was trapped.

This was a great little tour of Ft. Lauderdale canals and the Intracoastal Waterway. Great crew and boat. The ONLY drawback was smoking is allowed on the boat, and I don't think it should be. However, I realize there are probably more international tourists who still use cigarettes than domestic toursits who don't, so I have to realize the demographics the business serves, and that has to be their decision. I also have a right not to take the tour, but I had no idea smoking would be allowed. I absolutely would not have been on the boat had I known in advance. Just my opinion.

An enjoyable and educational tour. The guides were very knowledgeable about the area and it's history. The boat was very comfortable with 360 degree viewing at the upper level. I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a boat tour in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Best way to see Fort Lauderdale: from the water!

I have done this cruise many times. The event is well-organized, departs and returns promptly on schedule, and is an excellent activity for all at a reasonable price. For newcomers to Fort Lauderdale, the commentary is informative and entertaining. The boat is reasonably comfortable for its size, and refreshments and bathrooms are available.

This water traversed tour and history of Fort Lauderdale was a real ice breaker and major factor for a successful spring break for my family which included ages from 20 to 80.

Pleasant but not recommended

Directions to the event were poor: not clear from the on-line directions where you park or how you get from the parking to the kiosk/dock. Signage was poor. Once we got to the kiosk, attendant said that the bathroom on the boat didn't work, but didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Finally, though the boat ride itself was pleasant enough, it's basically just a down-and-back ride, with much of the route the same, just in different directions. I suppose that the ride is worth $23.00, but it's a hassle to get there if you're not completely familiar with the area beforehand.

Did not honor free drinks and $4 parking on websit

Too much focus (or entire focus) of the tour is materialist, and showing off how rich those people are, and how much wealth gap there is. Not much mention on culture, scenery and history of the locality. After a while, I just ignore turned off to what the captain is saying, and I don't want to leave this trip with my mind focusing on money alone, how much money i need to make, etc and feeling depressed. Also the on their website it mentioned $4 all day parking but it was not honored. I saw another place where it said there are free drinks if you purchase tickets online. It was not honored neither.

The tour was great but the deal was fuzzy

It would have been nice to know when I made my reservations that Zerve was a fee-bsed vendor and not the tour operator. it was never made clear that there were other, cheaper ways to buy tickets for this excurson.
