Nice tour but boring staff

I was disappointed with the staff and lack of enthusiasm they had for the tour. We arrived 20 minutes prior to the scheduled tour as instructed, but even as it lightly started to rain they made us wait to board the boat until exactly 1pm, while my pregnant niece and 86 year old mother stood in the rain. They didn't greet us until 10 minutes into the tour and they promptly reminded us that tipping was ok. I really would have just preferred some background music rather than the boring, unanimated dialogue. Pretty views but awful staff

Fun times on the water...

My husband and I were very excited about our waterway trip and it ended up being more than we had hoped for. We sat on the upper deck and loved seeing the amazing homes on the water. We had hoped that the seating had cup holders because it was a little hard to hold drinks on a moving boat and eat as well, that's our only complaint. Our water trip was exactly 1.5 hours, they left on time and didn't keep any of the guests waiting. The commentator was witty and we think it was definitely worth the money!

Really enjoyed this boat trip. Was nice to see the large yachts and mansions along the river as well as the large cruise ships. We were lucky enough to see the Royal Princess cruiser. Thank you.

I found the cruise through a local vacation coupon booklet. I was in the Ft. Lauderdale area visiting my younger brother. We wanted to do something a little bit different than just going to the beach and/or the club scene. We had a lovely time on our cruise. We took numerous pictures of all the beautiful sites from our boat. We saw spectacular yachts and mansions while being entertained by the spunky captain\comedian. The crew was friendly and helpful. The price of our tickets was very reasonable considering the area and all that we were able to see. My brother and I would highly recommend this cruise to vacationers and locals. It was a wonderful experience that we will most likely do again!

Our group of 12 ladies celebrating a bachelorette weekend in Fort Lauderdale had an amazing time on this tour. The Captain had great info to share about the amazing homes and landmarks we passed and if you don't mind the sun I'd highly recommend sitting at the front of the boat as it provides groups a more "VIP private" setting. The bartender was awesome and the drinks were really reasonable. Even the nice gentleman who sells you tickets at the dock was so sweet and made our bride-to-be feel extra special. The ladies all said this was a highlight of our trip and are already planning to bring friends and family on the tour when they're back in town.

We took the cruise with our Aunt/Uncle from Texas. The staff was very friendly and the cruise was fantastic! Loved it! There were great sights to see with interesting narration (although it was hard to hear up on the deck. Should turn the volume up louder).

Trip was less than expected

Would have liked to hear more about who lives in the homes, cost of the homes etc. Too much turning around. Too many people talking during the tour guide's descriptions. Smell of the fuel was nauseating to our entire group. Every kid on the tour was bored, texting on their phones etc. Small children were running around making noise as they were bored. Would not recommend to anyone other than adults.

RiverFront Cruise is a short city sight seeing of Fort Lauderdale. Its a slow and breezy ride of about 1 and half hours. The cruise started on time with a picture clicked at the entrance, which they gave us later in a photo frame. There were speakers on the cruise mentioning the famous houses of famous people along the way. I would recommend you to take up the front seats for a better view as our photography was obstructed due to people sitting in front of us. It was a little quiet while coming back. I was expecting it to come back from another route :). Its a very good cruise for people who are short of time and have not done any booking before hand.
