The tour was great but the deal was fuzzy

It would have been nice to know when I made my reservations that Zerve was a fee-bsed vendor and not the tour operator. it was never made clear that there were other, cheaper ways to buy tickets for this excurson.

The tour was excellent. The houses and Yachts were amazing. The Captain was very informative and helpful. Crew was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend the tour and will do it again on my next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

The vessel was not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. The narrator was cheerful, and funny, Felt that the reservation process on line was a bit cumbersome--also, the on-line booking stated that there would be a free drink included in the tour, however, we did not receive any documentation to present to the staff on board. The staff person did however, honor our verbal representation on the free drink

A great inner Coastal Cruise enjoyed by my entire family. Grandpa, GrandMa, Mom & Dad, 3 children age 9 to 20. All enjoyed the narrative provided by the Crew. Wonderful fun time that showed Florida Homes from the water and short stories of Ft. Lauderdale. A wonderful 2 hours spent on board that provided for a delightlful enjoyable afternoon

Nice Sights, poor tour operator

The route is beautiful, with wonderful sights of the extravagant homes and yachts along the gorgeous intercoastal waterway . The negative was the jaded tour operator who clearly was put off by the wealth of the people who owned the properties and yachts that he was pointing out. He constantly referred to Wayne Huizenga (owner of the Dolphins & Marlins, originator of Waste Mgmt Co.) as the garbage man, until of course on the return path whereby Wayne was actually sitting on his dock patio, and the operator says "Wave to Mr. Huizenga". He made disparaging remarks about several of the wealthy property owners, serving only to lessen the enjoyment of the trip.

We took my in-laws from out of town and we all enjoyed the trip. The commentary was informative and fun and the crew was extremely pleasant.

A Fun and Interesting Boat Tour

We enjoyed this 1 hour and 15 minute tour of the inland waterways around Fort Lauderdale. We sat on the upper deck in the front row, so we had an excellent view of both sides of the waterways. The captain provides an informative narrative with a few jokes thrown in for good measure. You'll get to see many gorgeous homes owned by famous people. The boat was big and stable and reasonably comfortable. On the day I went on the tour, their credit card systems wasn't working, so I'm glad I bought my tickets in advance through the Internet.
