Riverfront Cruises & Anticipation Yacht Charters

It was a great way to see not only the homes, but the yachts on the water. Even though the speaker kept breaking up, we had a great time.

Our commentator had a sense of humor and added interesting points about the upcoming boat show and various homes that we passed. It was a relaxing ride. Now I would love to have a private tour of some of the gorgeous mansions. What a lifestyle!!

This is my second trip on the boat and it was just fantastic. The boat only had about 12 people on this trip so the guide came up to the top to give us a more personal tour of the huge mansions and all the cool sites. He was very funny and we got to learn alot. I highly would recommend this trip!

We enjoyed Riverfront's cruise on the Fort Lauderdale River. We'd previously been on a Fort Lauderdale river cruise with another cruise line and while Riverfront was very good, the other cruise line was better for the following reasons: 1) The other cruise line's speaker/guide did not take a break during the cruise, The Riverfront speaker/guide took two breaks of about ten to fifteen minutes each and during the breaks we sort of lost interest in the tour since we had no idea of what we were seeing. 2) While the other cruise line's tour was 1 1/2 hours, as was Riverfront's, the other cruise line's tour seemed much longer. I think Riverfront's speaker/guide held our attention for a shorter period of time Please don't get me wrong, Riverfront's tour was very good but we enjoyed the other cruise better.

Tour was nice. Commentator guide was pleasant and funny. Great sense of humor.

This event was very nice we were on the 12:30 ride on the top deck and the breeze felt great the view is really nice and the overall ride was fun and I will do it again

If you enjoy lavish homes and appreciate boats be sure to take the tour. You won't be dissappointed. I'm an avid boater and yacht owner however some of these boats make mine look like a dingy. Have fun!

The guide was very good with entertaining stories about the the houses and the families that owned them. I was disappointed that towards the end of the tour two different families turned their little girls loose to run wild on the upper deck and nothing was said to them so we could no longer hear the tour. The tour guide should have told the families to control their kids so the rest of the tour could enjoy the trip.

We chose this harbor tour over the others available based on time constraints for our first day. I would say that the Captain seemed a bit unenthusiastic and somewhat fake in a way that implied he was just going through the motions to make the day end. He rushed the tour (scant 1.25 hour) and then asked us to leave the boat quicker cause he wasn't making any money by having folks stand around and he and his crew could be on their way home already or "so he could get home to his wife" (actual quote). We had the opportunity to take another boat ride the next day and it was fabulous. Their Captain had witty and relevant insights on the weather, the Everglades, the beach conditions, the other boaters, etc, as well as the same fabulous homes and yachts we saw the day before--he made it seem like he was giving the tour to his own friends! Unfortunately the Riverfront Cruise paled by comparison and I would save your money for the other guys.

Everything was was good, even the on board officer/comedian. The wealth of the homes and then findingout the history of the home was great. The could easily be the vest value in the greater Miami/Ft..Lauderdale area.

i liked the trip in general. the comentator was good and interesting with all the facts on the river. it was very interesting to know about all the homes. the only thing i would recomend is for him to use the speaker system instead of speaking to the group out loud . i would like to do it again but i would also like to see a longer tour.
