I had the privilege of taking the Venice of America Tour on March 11th, and I highly recommend it for those who enjoy boating and seeing spectacular houses. Definitely bring your camera to get some great pics to show to the folks back home. The tour guide was great in giving information about the many houses and boats on the tour.

Trip just 1 hr; not the 1 1/2 hour advertised. Free beverages is just one drink (wine, beer or soda) need to pay for extras. No free snacks The boat ride was very enjoyable as was the tour. There seems to be other boat tour companies that offer longer ride at same price. The man at the ticketing booth was not courteous--insisted on me giving the paper that I had written down the confirmation # on. I did not have a pre-printed e-confirmation. So, even though the trip was very pleasurable; my opinion of this tour company is not.

The tour and commentary was great. It is much better than the Water Taxi, and our group really enjoyed it. However, the advertising states that there is a bar onboard and the price includes one drink. The tickets then have all liquor crossed off, so it appears to be a bait and switch or at the very least, cutbacks.

We had a good time. The staff was friendly, the information was fun to hear and we had a nice time looking at the houses and large boats. I would recommend this to anyone, there were older people on our tour and kids, everyone seemed to have a good time.

My husband and I enjoyed all the information that was given. He grew up and Florida and didn't know half of the information we received. It was also very relaxing after a stressful week.

An amazing tour of the byways of Ft Lauderdale. Beautiful homes and other attractions on an affordable open air boat. Friendly and knowledgable crew.

The captain of the ship was a wealth of information on whose homes and yaghts we were passng. The soda was not very good though.

Really enjoyed the tour - it was a nice way to get a quick "feel" for the area and spend a little time on the water. Our daughter (18 mo.) really had a great time standing on Mommy's lap up on the top deck with the wind in her hair... the 90 min. tour was also perfect for her relatively short attention span. :) Thanks!

Tour was good. Crew was exceptional. Did another tour with a bit more commentary, but this was informative. Was surprised that the 'real' cocktails had been eliminated.

I would recommend the tour especially for someone not familiar with the area. The crew/staff were pleasant. Personally I am not into the emphasis on the rich and famous and would prefer more of a history of the area, not who owns what house or yacht and what they paid for it. Otherwise enjoyable. Being on the water was fun!
