Welcome to Robbie’s of Islamorada, a little slice of heaven right here in the Florida Keys. Founded by Robbie Reckwerdt in 1976, this is the place to feed wild Tarpon and will serve as your jumping off spot for most of your on the water activities!
When you return from your time on the water, visit our restaurant, the Hungry Tarpon for a delicious Keys-style meal - they'll cook up the fish you have caught any way you like! Or check out the new Fly ~ By Shops filled with Florida Keys' beautiful artwork and unique little treasures.
You're likely to find yourself in a rocking chair on our palm frond-covered deck sipping a cold beverage and discussing tides, favorite fishing holes or even politics with any or several of the old timers who come here often just because Robbie's takes them back to a simpler time.

Activity Description
The "Capt. Michael" is a fully rigged, 65-foot deep sea fishing vessel. Robbie's of Islamorada operates its offshore Partyboat from our Islamorada marina. Partyboat Fishing gives the thrill of Offshore Sportfishing at an affordable price! Our night fishing trips provide you with a free sunset to boot!
Types of fish caught typically include:
- Yellowtail Snapper
- Mutton Snapper
- Mangrove Snapper
- Grouper
- Kingfish
- Porgy
- Grunts
Our professional and courteous crew provides every kind of assistance from helping you bait your hook to netting your fish to bring it aboard.
Back at the dock, the mate will clean, fillet or make steaks of your catch; most of our local restaurants are happy to prepare and serve your fish any way you like!

What Is Not Included?
We do not provide fishing rods as part of the ticket price, but they are available for rental for $4.00 (available at our shop prior to departure).
We do provide the bait, tackle, and your fishing license as part of your ticket price.
