Great Rock & Roll Tour

If you are into New York City rock and roll history from the 60s, 70s, 80's and 90's you would enjoy this tour. My husband and I loved the tour. Bobby Pinn is a great tour guide full of interesting and fun info. We really enjoyed spending the 2 hours with him. At the end of the tour he even gave us a list of places to eat, drink and shop. We used the 15% off coupon at Trash & Vaudeville. We ate at one of his pizza places, Gruppo, and the pizza was great. We even bought the yummy traditional East Village Egg Cream drink he told us about. Very fun, interactive, educational. We highly recommend it to all rock fans!

Our Rock tour of the East Village was one of the highlights oif our trip to NYC. Bobby is a passionate guide and gives you a great insight into the the rock scene of days gone by that thrived in the happening East Village - its the place of legends and Bobby is clearly a huge admirer of the bands and music scene from that part of town. Oh, and be sure to try a Egg Creme - v unusual if you've never had one before, but hey, if its good enough for the Ramones ....!

This was one of the highlights of my trip to New York: an informative, fun tour of the East Village by someone immersed in the stories. Very well done and with some great touches. If you're into punk or rock, you'll love it.

Lovers of history & music of all ages

Zerve tours are my favorite way to get to know different neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bobby, the guide, was a walking (literally) history book of musicians who called the East Village home at some point in life. His easy going style & pace appealed to all in the group (ages 18 - 67). No regrets on this one

I did 2 Tours with Rock Junket and both of them were really great. Tour Guides are knowledgeable and fun and happy to answer questions. Saw places that I would have never found by myself or only with lots of research. Saw photos of how the places used to look like and guides also tied it to there own experiences of going to these places which I really enjoyed. Also good recommendations for going out after the tour...if you´re into music these tours are a must!!! Kristin from Berlin

Had been weighing up between a few different rock tours - so glad I picked Rock Junket! Bobby Pinn really knows his stuff, awesome guy! Tour was fantastic, discovered a lot about the music scene in the East Village in the 60s/70s and even some of the 80s & 90s. Simply awesome.

Our tour guide was enthusiastic about the topic and a great source of information. His pictures made the experience more than just looking at a building, coupled with his storytelling you could really imagine what it was like back in the day. One suggestion - us out of towner suburbians aren't used to walking that fast! If he could walk just a little bit slower the tour would be that much better. Thanks again for a fanstatic view into the city.
