Bobby made us feel totally relaxed and welcome.
His extensive knowledge was given in a fun, yet interesting way.
The 2 hour tour seemed to fly by and we loved every second of it.
We will certainly be recomending it to people back home in Scotland. |

Bobby was a great tour guide and provided so much information! We saw parts of the city we never knew about. It was very insightful and we enjoyed it immensely. |

Bobby Pinn is a great tour guide and this tour is great. Got to get an egg cream at the Gem Spa. and see where the Fillmore East was. CBGB's too. great tour. My only gripe is personal. Led Zepplin is the worst major band in recorded history and you spent too much time on them. But it all works out because this tour is worth it. After the tour go to Manitoba's and see the pics on the wall |

A fantastic tour hosted by a true rockdude! He knows everything in the rockgenre, and mixes in some jazz (very little but still good). Lot of fun things to know about those good old rockbands you've been listening to for decades.
Loved it!!! |

everything from booking the tour to the tour itself was great - the agents at zerve were very helpful (especially with my email problems and having to redirect my confirmation to a different address after 3 very patient attempts)
our tour guide larry was the best! he was very knowledgable and presented the info in a fun and enthusiastic manner - he was also very social and personable (so much so that after the tour we stopped for drinks)
i would definitely recommend this tour group to others - i will also look into other tours this company offers for myself |

Bobby did an outstanding job on this tour, saw a lot of the East Village and Alphabet City history in 2 very short hours. Weather was perfect and there was nothing lacking in the presentation. Highly recommend the book and a stop at Manitoba's afterwards. Looking forward to an LA Junket soon. |

Zerve tours are my favorite way to get to know different neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bobby, the guide, was a walking (literally) history book of musicians who called the East Village home at some point in life. His easy going style & pace appealed to all in the group (ages 18 - 67). No regrets on this one |

This is a great way to learn a little about the East Village while taking in some cool sights. It is a must tour for any New York Dolls or Ramones fan or anyone who has an interest in music history. Next time you are in New York, skip the silly bus tours and choose the Rock N Roll Walking Tour, you will be happy you did. |

I took my brother on the tour as a gift for Christmas. It was a great gift and I learned a great deal about the history of music in the East Village. My only complaint was the weather was cold, certainly not the fault of the tour guide who did a great job. |
