| Bobby, our Guide, not only had an incredible amount of information on many of our favorite bands of the time, but was able to deliver it with an attention grabbing style and a wonderful sense of humor. Thanks, Bobby, for a memorable time!! |

| This tour was a lot of fun. It was my first time in New York and I wanted to see the neighborhood that gave birth to punk rock. Our tour guide showed us very cool spots, from where Andy Warhol had his first party with the Velvet Underground, to what use to be The Murder Junkie's HQ! I highly recommend this tour for any fan of punk rock. |

| I am a great fan of groups such as The Ramones, The New York Dolls, Iggy Pop and Velvet Underground, but I am more into the music than every detail about their lives. So for me it was really interesting to stroll around the East Village with someone who could connect my favourite groups to these streets and buildings. I brought my sister who knows nothing about this music, and she enjoyed it equally, because Bobby Pinn is a very good story teller and an enthusiastic guide. He could probably talk about anything and make it seem interesting. I really recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in New York, music, or both.

| Yea I really liked this walking tour, thanks to Bobby, the great story teller. Have understood he's writing a book, will buy it for sure...maybe the equally lovable Jimmy - I guess it's his name(?) - from the nearby Trash & Vaudeville shop is included, cannot wait ;) Anyway I warmly recommend this compact tour to everyone who's interested in classic rock and awesome stories. | The tour was excellent. The Guide was informative and personable. We saw a lot of great sites and were given tons of information. If you are interested in the whole rock/punk movement of the Lower East Side this is the tour for you. |

| Fantastically interesting and cool tour of the area we were staying in that highlighted spots we never could have known about - we wanted to know more about GG Allin and found out he had spent the last months of his life staying in the hotel we were staying in! Great tour guide who really knows his stuff & brings it all to life. It was a real highlight of our trip and we'll be buying the book for sure! |

| Booked on the basis of London Daily Telegraph article and reviews on here. Turned out we were the only group that day, but "Bobbie Pinn" treated us to the full tour regardless. As a guide he is full of knowledge and enthusiasm for his subject and can hold forth with humour and authority on everything from Velvet Underground to his favourites - The Ramones. If he has a fault, it is that he assumes everyone is an enthusiast for every band he mentions. So we told him (cos he asked) that US punk had pretty much passed us by - though we were interested in what he could tell us - and he then continued to talk as if we had every NY Dolls and Ramones album issued. It's a very small criticism and only very slightly lessened our enjoyment of his rock'n'roll history lesson.
A word of warning - NY can be hot and humid and this is a 2 hour walking tour at quite a brisk pace, so anyone who isn't somewhat fit may struggle. But go if you can, this is definitely one of the best things you can do with an afternoon in New York. |
