| Bobby Pinn was an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate guide - despite how freezing it was outside, the 2 hours flew by. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in music. |

| Had a friend in town and decided to do somehting different. Found this on the Village Voice website & it sounded like fun. Glad we did it. Although we probably should have done it on a warmer day, but everything was great all the same. I highly recommend it. Even for you locals. You have no idea how many times you walk by someplace & are unaware of its history. |

| It`s a great tour. Only downside is that many locations are being shut down, and new stuff are oppening in their places. But the guide knows a lot, and is a great guy. |

| I took my brother on the tour as a gift for Christmas. It was a great gift and I learned a great deal about the history of music in the East Village. My only complaint was the weather was cold, certainly not the fault of the tour guide who did a great job. |

| Our flight was canceled and we arrived too late in NYC to have our booked tour on Sat Dec 20, 2008 at 11am. Your guide called my cell phone and said he would send coupons for another tour in the future if we returned to NYC. He said he would email something for me to return then he would send off the coupons we just arrived home monday and I have not received any email from hi
We were impressed with the offer of the rebook coupons and are waiting for your response

| This tour was perfect in every way. 1.-There were about 8 people total in the group, so the experience was personalized and engaging. 2.- Bobby knows all things, and was able to share information that even my extremely well read punk-rocker of a boyfriend learned a few things. 3. Bobby knows all people, and it was cool when random characters walked up to say hello to him. Overall, it was a very informative and entertaining tour, and i didn't feel like an "annoying tourist" in the small group. Bobby was very enthusiastic and fun, and it was obvious he loved his job. Having lived and travelled all over Europe, this was easily one of the best tours I have ever been on. Well worth the money. |

| bobby pinn takes you on a tour of the east village in new york. the birth place of punk music and wear beats, artists and pop culture icons pulled off some of their greatest pieces. if you like the ramones, new york dolls, warhol and walking...then highly recommended. you could spend all afternoon on st. marks place alone... |

| Having been a fan of the various NYC punk bands from this area it was fantastic to get a nostalgic trip round the places I had only read about up to this point. I brought along my 13 year old daughter and apart from that the fact she had to walk was engrossed by Bobby's stories.
Bobby was a fantastic tour guide, providing his own insight and experiences aided by a few props he brought along in his magic punk bag.
I was supposed to do this tour on the Thu, but Bobby got in touch and offered me an alternative as the weather was supposed to be bad on that day (it did pour down on the Thu), but the Fri the weather was brilliant and it shows the effort Bobby puts in to make sure his tour is a success.
We even back-tracked after the tour and took advantage of the discounts Bobby mentioned at one of the stores we passed during the tour and to try an eggcream.
I only have the highest praise for this tour and next time I am in NYC I hope to do the new tour Bobby mentioned, the Rock N Roll Pub Crawl. |
