We took this tour on the first day in San Francisco. It was great to see the neighborhoods of whole city with cinematic themes that we then recognized later during our trip when we saw them again. There were nice opportunities to stop for photos. Small tour (only 13 people), so we didn't feel lost in a large group. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. Being picked up close to our hotel was also a plus. |

This is a most enjoyable tour and no, you don't need to have seen all the movies to appreciate it. We were treated to 70 clips from 60 flims, many of them synched perfectly to the exact spots where they were filmed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and appropriately enthusiastic about the subject. In additon to being a great survey the City's rich film lore it is also a good basic introduction to many of the local tourist attractions. We only regretted that we weren't able to go directly to Mission Dolores and the Palace of Fine Arts, although images of both were presented. Highly recommended! |

Had a lot of fun on the tour and the tour guide was awesome.....She was able to keep things light and funny and incredibly informative at the same time.....I can't believe we were able to see so many movie locations in under 3 hours.....I also liked that we had time for restroom stops at some great locations like the City Hall....You could tell this was a very professionally planned and staffed tour......My fav is of course the stop at Fort Mason to check out the movie location of the film Vertigo ......Which by the way also has an awesome view of the GG bridge......2 thumbs up all the way :-) |

A most interesting way to see the sights of the city and bring back fond memories of movies. The tour guide was knowledgable, entertaining and very much into her work. Will recommend to others planning to visit SF (and recommended to others we came across while still in SF). |

We visited many off beat locations as well as standard ones. Older movie locations included as well as current favorites which appeals to all. Also an excellent tour of the city so you don't need a separate city tour. A big part of tour was seeing the clips of the movies as you approached the location. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave much background info on movies and locations as well. |

I was only in San Francisco for two days and knew I wouldn't be able to see all the sights. This tour allowed me to see all that I wanted and more. The tour was informative and interesting. The movie clips are great for putting the sights into context. I would recommend this for adults rather than young children as they may get restless on the three hour tour. |

This tour was excellent for getting to know the city, as well as for the added thrill of seeing film and televsion settings in real life. It was also informative about the history of the city, which was a nice bonus. Perfect for first-time visitors who are trying to figure out where to spend their time. Take this one on your first day here, and you'll have plenty of places to choose from in the rest of your stay! |

This was a great tour and highly recommended. Not only was it extremely informative about movies filmed in San Francisco, but it provided a great overview of city highlights. I saw areas of San Francisco I didn't know existed. I highly recommend this for not only movie buffs but for anyone else who wants to see the different areas of this amazing city. Wylie, our guide was excellent! |
