The tour was enjoyable. There are 70 movie scenes from 60 films. The tour is fun for the whole family but the movie site locations might be more familiar to adults: since the majority of films are old classics. However, the children enjoyed some of the sites of the famous Full House series and the Mrs. Doubtfire house. In addition to other movies such as the Princess Diaries and the Pursuit of Happiness. The best part of the tour is that you are shown a clip of the movie where the location is shot and the tour guide shows you the location in the bus at the same time. I would recommend this tour for families with older children!

Best tour I had in SF. The guide was knowledgable about both the city and the movies shot there. The tour started on time and we had ample opportunity to take pictures at each stop.

This was the second time I have done this tour and I enjoyed it as much if not more than the first time. Great way to learn about the movies filmed here and visit the main sights in the city.

Our tour was guided on the morning of June 6, 2013 by A J (driven capably by Ray). She's superbly prepared, yet managed to sound as if she was giving the tour for only the tenth time, not the 500th or so. We saw 70 clips of 60 movies, yet we managed to get a great orientation to where things are in the city too. The backstories added a lot to the movies, the clips didn't run too long, yet fleshed out a view of the city that spanned about 100 years. The route was logical (after the fact, when we retraced it on a map). The beautiful, sunny day wasn't a part of the tour's promise, but didn't hurt our enthusiasm. We stopped at several points for breaks and pictures, which helped us get a feel for some of the area. As an introduction to San Francisco's layout and some of its charm, this tour is hard to beat and well worth the price. It's also a good way to introduce guests to the city.

This is the second time I have done this tour. The guide was very informative, funny and had lots of movie trivia to share. I highly recommend this tour. It;s also a great way to see SF

This is a great tour for movie buffs and a great way to see the city in an intimate small group vs the cattle herding touristy buses. Well worth the money and the hosts are encyclopedias of knowledge about San Francisco and movies in general.

We had a great time on the movie tour - our guide AJ was fantastic!! She made the tour exciting and very enjoyable. The tour is a great way to see the city of San Francisco and view the different locations of over 50 movies!! Definitely a must on a trip to San Francisco...

large choice of films although my fav was not featured. a big part of the film where from the 70ies or older which was not so interesting for me. in general a good experience and recommendable

Very fun, knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Tour went all over SF, saw much of the city and 70 different film clips that showed exactly what we were looking at outside of the van window. A must for movie fans.

Our guide, AJ, was a real bonus on a terrific trip! She had obviously done her homework, and enjoyed what she does. Seeing the movie clips at just the right spot was such a treat! Unlike any other tour of the city. I saw things I wouldn't have otherwise seen, and got to re-live a lot of movie moments. I would recommend this tour to anyone who hasn't done it--local or visitor! I could have done another 3 hours quite happily!

We booked San Francisco as a stopover on the way to Hawaii from the UK and weren't too sure what to expect from the city and thought we'd combine our love of movies with travel and booked up this tour. We opted for this over an open top bus tour as it came with the added bonus of some film trivia. Little did we know how knowledgeable AJ would be. She was immense and pointed out a whole load of landmarks along the journey supplemented with clips from the films and personal anecdotes from her time in San Fran and knowledge of the history of the industry in the area. I would highly recommend this as a way of seeing lots of San Francisco. Also for anyone with an interest in film, this is a must-do tour when in San Francisco. From the Dirty Harry films, Mrs Doubtfire, So I Married an axe murderer, Hitchcock, there's a wealth of film history and info provided on this tour. If you're only in San Fran for a few days book this up before you come and it will give you a fun morning out and give you an idea of some of the areas to go back to and visit on the rest of your time in the city.

This tour exceeded my expectations. It was really neat to see the movie clips and sites and also a great way to see parts of the city we probably would not have been able to otherwise. There were plenty of stops to get out and take pictures. The tour guide AJ was amazing and did a great job. This tour was a lot of fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to see the city.

If you go on this tour you basically don't need any other tours of the city because it covers all. Amazing how many movies have been shot in san Fran and to learn the stories around them.
