The Heritage of Miami is a two mast topsail passenger schooner operating under the U.S. Flag. She is 85 feet in length, weighs 47 tons, and is fully Coast Guard inspected for safety. Her design was inspired by 19th century cargo and passenger schooners which once sailed the waters off South Florida.

Try one of our various public sails and take in the breathtaking views of the South Florida coast line, or have your next company meeting, party, reunion, or wedding aboard Miami's only tall ship. The Heritage of Miami ensures total passenger comfort and has a great crew that you will be happy to ride with!

Activity Description
Join us aboard the Heritage of Miami for a special evening sail! The Heritage of Miami is a two mast topsail passenger schooner, measuring 85 feet in length. She possesses modern amenities that will make your ride comfortable and enjoyable, such as:

  • Spacious topside decks with seating
  • Below deck lounge areas
  • Clean ladies' and men's restrooms
  • A ship's store offering souvenirs and refreshments!
These evening special sails known as the City Lights Tour are one hour trips to see Miami's spectacular illuminated skyline which most agree to be the best in the U.S. after Tokyo and Paris.

There are 40 permanently illuminated downtown buildings hosting all the colors of the rainbow. Many of these buildings change their night lights to reflect holidays and local events such as Dolphin, Heat, or Marlin sporting events.

A cruise of a lifetime awaits you, and that's a promise!

What Is Not Included?

  • Food and drinks are not included, but light snacks and beverages can be purchased on board with cash or you can bring your own (including alcohol).
  • Gratuity is not included, but always greatly appreciated by your hard working crew.
  • Tax is included in the ticket price.
