The Kahuna, a 37-foot, spacious catamaran, can accommodate about 40 guests so you’ll have plenty of room to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the ocean air.

Activity Description
Experience the beauty of the rise of a full moon, explore breath-taking beaches, and get close to some ocean wildlife!
Climb aboard the Kahuna catamaran, a stable, comfortable vessel that offers sailing fun for the whole family, and enjoy a peaceful sunset and nighttime sailing cruise on the azure waters of the Marco Island Gulf.
You’ll explore an unspoiled beach before watching the sunset and rise of the full moon. On this unique trip, only offered twice per month during the full moon phase, you’ll:
- Spot dolphins, native birdlife and other sealife including manatees, rays and loggerhead turtles
- Experience the beauty of Marco Island lit up by the full moon
- Explore a local beach and gather shells by the shore
- Take a swim in the clear waters of the Gulf
- See the sun disappear beyond the horizon and the moon rise in the East
The sail includes shelling at a beautiful barrier island beach and sailing during sunset and the rise of the full moon. You’ll always find something new along the way and our professional crew members are experts at tracking down fun!
Kick back under the stars as we sail into the moonlit waters of the Gulf!
What Is Not Included?
We do not serve any food on board, but you are certainly welcome to bring a picnic basket or cooler with your snacks, lunch, light dinner fare, etc. Complimentary soft drinks and water are provided by the Kahuna crew. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels, too.
