A wonderful, romantic sunset sail aboard a fantastic sail boat with an outstanding crew. A class act in every way. From start to finish, every moment was fun. A must do when visiting Key West.

The crew was great, they accually spoke to you and explained alot about that was in the area. We have been on this kind of excursion before and they crew wanted nothing to do with you. This was not the case here. We saw some dolphins and they went out of there way to get close to them so we could take photo's. Highly recommend this cruse over the otheres.

Although we nearly froze, we were given bottomless champagne and surprise shrimp cocktail PLUS a very warm and welcoming crew. Mindy is awesome.

We took a Sunset Sail on the Adirondack II, on 15 February, and the crew was fantastic. They were very informative and cordial. I can't remember their names but I think they were AJ, Andy and Brian. We had a very pleasurable experience and they were very knowledgeable. It was the beast sailing expierence I have ever had. They are the best. I will recommend this sailing experience to all my friends.

Sunset the old fashion way

Heading out of the harbour on the Appledore was a flash back to the 1800's. Having a "folklore" singer onboard was an amazing plus. The crew was attentive and the passengers - most of whom did not know each other -- were quickly interacting and adding more pleasure to the trip. The calm ride back after the sunset was a time of reflection and intimacy. Wonderful way to spend an evening. And we didn't sink.

We had a great time!

The boat was well maintained and crew very friendly. The Adirondack II had plenty of seating available for all guests - other groups seen on the water were forced to stand due to a lack of seating - apparently due to different deck layout. Drinks were readily available and cheap at $1 each. Cheese, crackers and shrimp cocktail provided as snacks at no extra charge. The crew seemed proficient at their sailing tasks and were very friendly and enthusiastic - always tending to guest's requests and questions. We definitely sailed around more than the other boats offering similar trips...tacking around the bay while other boats could be seen just sitting in one place. Highly recommended for any of their sail packages!

We were originally scheduled to do the Full Moon cruise, but they had to cancel because we were the only two who signed up! The staff re-booked us on the sunset sail that evening and we had a great time. The crew was very attentive and we loved sailing on such a beautiful boat. We passed several "party boats" and each time we were happy to be having such a unique experience. We would highly recommend to anyone!!

Highlight of our trip to Key West!

The sunset cruise on the Adirondak II was the highligt of our trip to Key West. We enjoyed it for the following reasons: 1) The schooner is beautiful and allowed us to have a yachting experience generally reserved for the rich and famous; 2) The crew obviously enjoy what they do, and made the cruise informative as well as exciting; 3) The atmosphere was lively and comfortable, but NOT WILD. This cruise is for folks wanting to enjoy the boat, the water, and the sunset. There are other boats in the harbor that provide a wild floating party if that is what one wants. 4) The weather was such that the crew took us out into the "blue water" where the wind was strong, the waves were big, and the boat could do what it was designed to do. We are an older couple but will never forget the wonderful time we had on the Adirondak II.

Perfect for a couple, less so for family with little kids - quiet smooth ride, excellent crew and great boat. Booked in travelzoo for a 30% discount.

This is not the party boat scene....which is why I chose this. It was relaxing and beautiful. Crew was fantastic. Be sure to tip them well!

A "relaxed" adventure :-)

A friend and I drove from Ft Lauderdale to Key West and scrambled to get to the boat on time. We got there two minutes before it left. This was a great experience! VERY friendly staff..the beer was cold ($1 buck each - can't beat it)and the shrimp cocktail was delicious. The experience did not seem short, but that's not to say it was too long. It was perfect. There is a bathroom. It's fine. This isn't necessarily a "party boat" - though you can party. Thanks again to the hospitable staff. This was THE highlight of my trip. A "relaxed" adventure.

The Adorondak II was a very smooth, sturdy ship that seemed to cut right throught he waves. I was a little concerned going in that it may be a bit too rough for my 2.5 and 7 month old daughters, but they had a great time. The crew was very accommodating, each member came and spoke with us and made sure we were comfortable. I would have given it the highest rating, but we did not get a very good sunset. Obviously not the crews fault, but that would have made it perfect. Regards, The Todd Family Sarasota, Florida
