Weather was windy and cold, which detracted somewhat, but crew was pleasant and helpful and schooner was large enough to provide a pleasant cruise.

My husband and I were driving from Miami to Key West for a long weekend. We found the sunset sail on the chamber of commerce web site and bought tickets for the Saturday evening sail. We absolutely loved this incredible experience!!!!! The captain, crew and support staff were awesome! The sailboat was clean and comfortable and they provided liquid refreshments. This was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely do this again!

Our family spent the day in Key West and had the opportunity to sail on the Schooner America 2.0. The crew was amazing and very knowledgeable and experienced. Beverages available on board. Only wish we could have sailed longer!

Great relaxing day sail. Crew and captain were fun and friendly. The captain spent time with our 11 year old daughter teaching her how to tie knots. Would join them for a sale again anytime!

I sailed on the predesessor to the america 2 and had a great time a few years ago, I think this boat is even faster. real sailing on a big boat with people who like to sail, not motor the thing around. not a historic boat. very high tech, but makes up for the lack of ambiance with beauty and ability. refreshments were plentiful and good crew was obviously told to talk to people, but they did it well anyways, almost like they wanted to. look forward to our next trip to the keys. this is the highlight

We actually went out 3 times...we love sailing. The crew, the schooner, and the wind were just perfect. We met great people and enjoyed getting to know the crew. Although we have our own sail boat it is small and "wet" so being on a large sail boat was a joy. Loved every minute.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Mimosa Morning Sail. The staff was great, the weather was beautiful, and the sailboat was gorgeous. I enjoyed being able to help raise the sail, it was fun!

The Captain and Crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and safety conscious throughout the voyage. Seas were fairly calm when we went and the entire trip was very relaxing. Anyone not familiar with sailing should be aware that the boat may tilt when it's underway and that that's just a normal part of sailing. This requires some active participation and seemed to cause some concern for another group that included a small and naturally inquisitive boy (~5 years old). But there were no problems at all. One member of our group was suffering a back problem at the time and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable. The Captain even managed somehow to coax the sun down out of some low hanging clouds just before sunset ;^} and it was gorgeous! I would recommend this trip to anyone.
