We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this event. The boat is beautiful, the trip is just the right length (and offers great views of the Statue of Liberty), and the crew was unfailingly helpful and eager to please. It doesn't really feel like a tourist event, even thought it is -- it feels more like being invited for an afternoon sail on a private sailboat. I would highly recommend this to anyone and I plan to go again in a few months with my next group of New York guests. |

We celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary aboard the America 2.0. It was a wonderful experience for all 23 of us. I was worried about my Aunts because they use walkers and my two year old grandson because, well, he is only two. I should not have worried at all. The captain let us board first and we were able to sit in the Captain's cockpit. We were very comfortable and all seated together. The crew were very friendly and provided us with drinks and answers to any questions that we had. Everyone in our group had a great time. Thank you Harbor Cruises for making my parents' day an unforgettable experience! |

A small group of us did this to celebrate a birthday and had a great time. The boat and cruise were great, with excellent views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The staff were helpful and fun to boot. Overall a really fun experience. |

We sailed on a perfet windy day, with mild temperatures so a cloudy cold day might be a different story. Went with a couple and two 7 year olds. We all had a blast. this boat is gorgeous, the crew is professional and confident and the sailing is authentic with the boat tipping pretty significantly to the side when the wind picked up - so hold onto your beers/sodas! Of course several cans spilled and some people's bags got wet, but everyone was in such a good mood, it didn't matter a bit (and of course if you're sailing, you have to expect this!). Beer is watery but not a big deal - I assume it's weak to keep people from over-indulging. I can't imagine anyone not loving this. |
