WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

I wanted to do something different for my wife's birthday, and this was just the thing. The Captain, and crew were very warm and attentive. The food was plentiful and good. The condition of the vessel was immaculate. I will definitely take another trip on this cruise. Even with the bad weather on the outside, the people and staff, on the inside, were sunny and bright. My wife is very picky, and she did not have a single complaint. Thank you so much for making this a great day for my whole family.

It was so much more than expected, a great way to see NY and be treated so nicely. The food and drinks were so great Love the little NY book as well that helps guide one through all the bridges.

The boat is beautifully maintained. The crew is so helpful and accomodating. The food was fresh and there was plenty of it! The day lent itself to a beautiful ride around Manhattan...my family and I enjoyed it so much. A beautiful memory for me and my family. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

I think I had slightly unrealistic expectations after reading a review in Time Out. My boyfriend (who is from the UK) and I went on a sunday brunch. I was surprised at the size of the boat - I was expecting something much larger. The size and seating arrangements proved to be a problem when we made our first pass at brunch - there wasn't enough table seating, and people placed themselves awkwardly. The food was alright - nothing too offensive but nothing that great - and the bartender wasn't particularly skilled. But the food table was refreshed somewhat frequently and the plates were cleared quickly. Our captain gave great commentary as we headed around manhattan, and we spent a good portion of the time on the deck, watching and taking pictures. The AC indoors was intermittent so it was usually cooler in the shade on the deck than it was inside. Whatever you do don't forget sunblock! Overally I would definitely do something similar again, but I would lean towards exploring other vendors rather than going back to the same one.

You Have To Try This!

I would definitely recommend taking this cruise, whether it's for a regular sail or the brunch cruise. My friend and I did the brunch cruise and were very happy with everything. There were plenty of foods to choose from and the adventure around Manhattan itself was worth it. We took the full cruise which starts off heading downtown (Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Seaport) and takes you up the East River where you pass under at least 18 bridges and see the sites of Queens and the Bronx (Yankee Stadium). When the boat turns it then comes down the Hudson River and you see all the sites on that side as well. Definitely an enjoyable cruise and a great way to get some sun. It isn't overly crowded like Circle Line and is more intimate. It's a nice ride to go on a date or as a present to a loved one.

This had to have been the most perfect way to spend a day!! I bought this as a Valentine's day gift for my boyfriend-something we could do together when the weather got nice. It was absolutely PERFECT! The brunch was lovely and the staff was even better! I highly reccommend this trip-best way to see Manhattan and was definitely romantic. I'm looking forward to trying the sunset cruise next!!

Over all a great way to spent an early afternoon

Over all this is a great boat to hang out in, with ot without kids. The only thing I would say they can put a little more work on is the type of food being served. I know its a bunch and all so there shouldn't be anything too heavy but with the price we paid we would expected a little more. And the self serving / cooking of waffers might need to go. It is hard enough for some one that doesn't cook make food on solid ground and it will be 10 times harder on a moving boat. Luckily the water was pretty calm and we can move around the boat pretty safey and freely. The staffs were great, helpful and accommondating.

EXCELLENT TIME ON SUNDAY BRUNCH CRUISE. THE FOOD WAS TERRIFFIC AND PLENTIFUL. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE BOAT WAS CLEAN AND ROOMY. THE SAIL ITSELF WAS BEAUTIFUL. AS ORIGINAL NEW YORKERS, IT WAS AMAZING TO SEE THE ISLAND FROM YOUR VANTAGE POINTS. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THE MANHATTAN TO FRIENDS. WE CAN'T WAIT TO TRY THE SUNSET AND TWILIGHT CRUISES. Great way to see Manhattan
Sun, Jul 1, 07   11:00 AM DanaSuivski Female 50-59 Domestic Tourist(s) Family With Children
It was recommended to my family and I to take the brunch cruise to really see all of Manhattan. I'm so glad we took the recommendation. The brunch was very nice, with a great variety of fruits, danish, bagels and smoked salmon, as well as waffles and quiches and the beverage of your choice. The schooner was beautiful and clean and the crew was very friendly. The best part was travelling along the Hudson and Harlem Rivers and seeing such sights as the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Empire State Bldg., all of the bridges, etc. This is a great way to see a bit of everything in a relaxing way in a few hours time. We loved it and highly recommend this activity to anyone.
