Really nice tour, friendly staff, had a great time

Staffs were friendly, captain explained well about New York throughout the boat ride. A little bumpy in the beginning but it was all good towards the end. The food quality can be improved a little though. Drinks choices available were decent as well.

Being a tourist by myself with limited time I was looking for a tour that would include a brunch and as much sightseeing in one outing as possible. The food was great, the Captain pointed out all of the amazing sights with a bit of history and it was fun way to see the Statue of Liberty and spend a nice warm day cruising the Hudson and East river with a couple of cocktails and good conversation with locals and tourists alike.

I live in NYC with my husband and 4 year old son but am English born so often entertain visitors. We treated my Dad and 3 other family members from England to the brunch cruise as we were celebrating a milestone Brithday and wanted to do something a bit more special than the standard Circle Line tour but didn't want a stuffy suit and tie affair. We were lucky to have picture perfect weather conditions but even if not, the interior of the Manhattan is extremely comfortable. My son even got to steer for a while which he has not stopped talking about! The view of the Statue of Liberty was a highlight for all. Everyone had a great time enjoying the food and champagne and the crew really took care of everything and in particular made my Dad's Birthday very memorable. We'll be back again next time we have visitors and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to see NYC by water in a comfortable but relaxed and informal environment.

We did the "Brunch cruise around Manhattan" the first day of our staying and the tour was much better than expected. It was a clear, perfect day , the boat was so stable and we were served with abundant and good food. You can see Manhattan skyline from many angles, getting good views of Empire State, Chrysler and UN buildings, and a very close view of many bridges. And of course you meet Lady Liberty. Regarding the food, i liked the caramelized roasted ham and the assortment of bagels. Clean and spacious restrooms, kind staff and happy passengers completed the experience.

Thanks to Zerve for great reviews that helped us decide this was the trip for us, everyone was spot on. We were lucky with great weather, so could wander/sit outside and catch some rays. The Manhattan crew were excellent at looking after us all, fun to be with and not intrusive - Captain Austin's commentary was informative and not constant. There were no end of photo opportunities, and the crew were happy to take pictures of us. Now, the food - it was superb, go hungry and you will not be disappointed with quality or quantity. There were four courses with plenty for everyone, our favourite was the frittata. It was a very chilled out trip, so thank you to the Manhattan and her crew. We have done the standard cruise with other tour companies, please pay the extra and you will not be disappointed. This is NYC and near the end a very subtle and polite mention was made about a gratuity for the crew. Those of us that had been using the bar were dropping the usual $1 a drink in the tip bucket, but there were another 3 crew helping to make our trip enjoyable. I was happy to leave a good gratuity, but was disappointed to see so many others just walk right off and leave nothing. Please be a good sport:-) Cheers, Mark & Liz (England)

All was perfect! The boat is beautiful, the size very friendly (and we were only 18 on the boat), the tour fantastic, the quality of the food and the service excellent. Welldone. Excellent value for money. We were very lucky also with the weather- it is impossible to find anything negative, even the restroom were nice and very clean. THANKS TO THE CREW !!

The yacht was lovely, with plenty of space both inside and out. The captain and crew were very helpful and informative and I felt our every need was catered for. The food was lovely and there was loads of it (4 courses!) so don't have breakfast beforehand! Overall, a great experience and well worth the money.
