| Cruise was outstanding, the scenary is un-matched.
The food was adequate. Not,a New York fare. Service, not coordinated.
Where others received baskets of pastery it took a request on our part half way through the cruise to be recognized. |

| My girlfriends and I celebrated a birthday weekend in NYC. This cruise was a fabulous way to end the weekend. Seeing Manhattan from the water is a beautiful sight. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good and seemed to be neverending. Loved the experience and would do it again! |

| This is the 3rd brunch cruise I have taken aboard the Manhattan, and every one has been better than the previous. The food keeps getting tastier, the boat is always beautiful, and the crew just gets better and better. I took my girlfriend, who had never been on the boat before, and afterward she raved to all her friends about it . (Yes, some well earned points for me!) I have to say that as much as I love the food each time, it's the incredibly unique view you get of Manhattan and its landscape that has me keep coming back. Lots of people have been on the water near the Statue of Liberty or the Brooklyn Bridge of South Street Seaport, but only on this boat have I ever been on the Harlem River and really gotten to understand the landscape at Manhattan's northern tip, when it's just a couple hundred feet from the Bronx. We even got to see both Yankee Stadiums - the old and the new - which had all the sports fans running out to snap photos! Getting to go around the entire island, from the Hudson to the East River to the Harlem River, and back down to Chelsea Piers, gave us a great feel for the whole city. The day we went it was only in the 30s outside, but the way the boat is laid out with all the glass windows, we were able to take in all the sights while staying warm and enjoying the brunch. All in all, a fantastic trip and I'm sure I'll be back for many more. |

| There was one incident that had a negative effect on the trip: My cousin ordered a Bloody Mary. There was so much pepper in it that he almost chocked. I assured him that he would get another drink or that the bartender would alter it to a drinkable version. Please note I live in New York, and I was so sure that there would be no problem. After all, this was a de luxe cruise. However, the bartender threw the drink out and in a very surly voice informed my cousin that he would have to pay for another drink.
It wasn't a question of money, it was a question of the bartender's attitude.
It really bothered me because I had told them how generous Americans are, and it was not a question of getting a free drink. it was only a question of getting a DRINKABLE DRINK. |

| We took our 13 year old son on this trip for his birthday-as he requested. The boat is spacious and the crew was very kind and helpful. The food was great and had plenty of variety. The tour was just amazing and we could come and go from the cabin to the deck as we pleased without crowding and there were plenty of opportunities to take pictures. We got to hear about the history of the landmarks we were passing while enjoying the unique perspective of the view from the water.
Would definitely do it again. |

| I wanted to do something different for my wife's birthday, and this was just the thing. The Captain, and crew were very warm and attentive. The food was plentiful and good. The condition of the vessel was immaculate. I will definitely take another trip on this cruise. Even with the bad weather on the outside, the people and staff, on the inside, were sunny and bright. My wife is very picky, and she did not have a single complaint. Thank you so much for making this a great day for my whole family. |

| This trip was the highlight of 8 days spent as tourists in New York. It was interesting, friendly and well-organised, the boat was smart and comfortable and the brunch was excellent. As it happened, the weather was perfect too, but even without that we would still have rated the experience as outstandingly good. |
