The Schooner Imagine, an 80-foot sailing vessel, is as gentle and comfortable as she is beautiful. Operated by Coast Guard Certified Captains, she provides a peaceful journey that is the ideal setting to watch the sun sink below the horizon.

We take great pride in sharing the experience of sailing aboard the Imagine with you. Our highly experienced and hospitable crew makes it their goal to ensure your sailing experience is a memorable, enjoyable, and safe one.

Activity Description
Experience the majesty of New York City's Independence Day Fireworks display aboard the newest addition to our fleet, the Schooner Imagine. Join us in this intimate setting and get the best seat in the house for the annual display!

Imagine has a lot in common with her twin, the Adirondack, and is one of the fastest sailing vessels in the New York harbor, having set a course record in the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race.

There will be an open beer, soda, wine, and Champagne bar. Fruit, cheeses, and desserts are also included.

Some illuminated views along the way will include:

  • The New York City Skyline
  • Battery Park, a 20 acre park at the southern tip of Manhattan, where artillery has been stationed over the centuries
  • Ellis Island, the immigrant doorway to America from 1892 to 1954
  • The Statue of Liberty, a French gift that arrived in New York harbor in 1885 and has come to represent our nation's freedom and ideals
We will be shutting off our engines and setting sail for as much of the trip as possible.

Climb aboard the Schooner Imagine and experience the city's beauty and elegance under the setting sun.

What Is Not Included?
Gratuity is not included in the price of your sail. Parties of 12 or more will be contacted shortly after purchasing tickets to provide credit card information for an additional charge of 18% gratuity.
