City Lights Sail on Adirondack

My friends and I took the cruise for a friend's birthday celebration. It was a beautiful spring night and we had such a good time on the boat. The staff was super friendly and the intimate setting of a smaller boat made for a perfect evening.

we would have liked to travel by sail more, not motor, not sure it that is possible

My friends and I loved the cruise. We sailed to the Statue of Liberty and back. It was amazing to witness the Manhattan skyline at night from the water while quietly sailing on the Hudson. The crew was friendly and there was definitely enough beer to go around. Would definitely do it again.

An amazing sailing trip - first time on a boat with sails! the night time view of the city lights were amazing. Fab friendly crew. It was a cold crisp night but the complimentary alcohol helped to keep us warm! would def recommend to everyone who wants a different view of the city!

Had a lovely experience, the crew treated us well and would recommend this to anyone. Just two thoughts, we are local so we knew the things that we were seeing, talked to one of the other passengers, from Columbia, and think he would have liked the crew to explain some of the sites we were seeing, second since there was no wind to actually sail, I think the ship could have motored around some more rather then just sit by the Statue of Liberty most of the time.

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful night or a better crew. The Adirondack cruise is intimate (there were only about 24 people on the cruise), giving plenty of space to sit quietly and enjoy the lights of the city and New Jersey. My husband and I are locals who did the cruise for his birthday-- it's the kind of thing a lot of locals don't bother to do but absolutely should! We highly recommend Circle Line, the staff is great and the boats are beautiful. They served us 3 rounds of drinks and we were encouraged to bring our own picnic-- it was perfect!

I always was on boats but never expreinced being on a sail boat. I had a great time it was an experince I recommend for others to enjoy.

The schooner is beautiful with a wooden deck, so I when I saw other guests wearing high heels (stiletos) I was surprised they were allowed on board, however, the staff were friendly and accepting of all. It started raining a bit before we set off and the staff were quick to get raincoats for all and pass them out - also they invited anyone who would to go below deck. Throughout the sail the staff (three in all) were friendly, happy and ready to serve. We were able to get just about any beverage we wanted and they also had time to take pictures of us for us. The view of Statue of Liberty with lights on and the city lights were stunning and I loved the trip despite the rain.

Perfect amount of time for the price. Small enough to feel intimate. Still fun even though it rained. The whole crew was fun and hospitable. Great time overall. Have done it before and will definitely do it again.
